Why work for Allteck?

Elizabeth Gingles definitely not. My dad is the CEO/President (first guy who's talking) but they actually have several impementations to attract women and other groups that aren't represented in large numbers in the industry such as first nations. I'm obviously biased here, but it's a really great company to be a part of.
There are many women working at Allteck in the offices, however there is only one female registered lineman in the entire utility industry and they do work for Allteck
