Like if you think Talia and I should do a concept video together this year :)
Yes, it would be perfect !! Talia's choreography is brilliant and would be even more with Sean and Kaycee dancing ... They are perfect storytellers, and the chemistry without size, they understand each other in the eyes !! And you are filming perfect tim, just amazing 🙌 Make it happen !!!! 🤞
Take all my money
Duh
yup please . the other one was amazing . can we have Sean there and Chaz too . make it happen . sending love to all of you
Tim Milgram Yes pleaseeeeee
I’m actually trying to figure out what word to use to say how proud I am of Sean. And how I appreciate the fact that Talia wanted to dance with him. It’s such an honor. We’ve never seen Talia perform her choreography and the first time we see her do it, she does it with Sean. If this act doesn’t show how special Sean is, I don’t know what to say.
My thoughts exactly!!! And the two of them just created magic together!
Exactly! I got goosebumps seeing Talia in the video and I was not disappointed. Magic.
@Aidan Bason-Mitchell if they thought sean did better, then thats the way it is. Respect someone elses opinion. Also, he was paired with the choreographer who often doesnt like to be on screen dancing, so he couldnt interact as much as the other guy, but he managed to interact with her as much as he could
@Aidan Bason-Mitchell we do acknowledge that they were good. But the emotions, freestyle, and the dance on this performance is just the embodiment of the song.
@Aidan Bason-Mitchell the first pair was soo good watching them kept u mesmerised. They go along well with each other and theyre sychronised with each other. But watching the last pair gave me emotional highs where the moment was so intense it keeps u on your toes( look at the dancers around them squirming and jumping cause they feel it too). And I think thats why a lot of ppl like Sean lew because he just makes ppl feel the song and not just hear it and watch it, watching Sean is just a whole experience. Sean and Talia are both great story tellers when they dance. Amazing talent.
Sean is an amazing storyteller. He performed the choreography with so much passion and what a beautiful portrayal!
Sean + Talia = magic. Every time.
Talia and Sean just demonstrated what art looks like. Talia isn’t a genius doing choreographies, she’s a genius doing ART. Talia wasn’t in the whole piece with Sean but when she was? God, it was perfect. Someone here in the comments said that there’s not an adjective good enough to describe Sean, that he is his own adjective, I agree. That boy is blessed. Sean wasn’t born to dance, he was born to make art.
The first couple was beautiful too, so so talent.
Sean and Talia? just WOW.
Courtney and Diego blew it out of the water, cause OH MY GOD. That took me to a world of their own 🔥
And Sean's commitment to the emotion behind the lyrics and choreo were beautiful, along with the connection shared with Talia 💛
Diego won WOD season 4, so the guy is a total beast and a world-class dancer.
I don’t even know what to say right now.. Sean’s storytelling is on another level dude. I’ve never felt this way watching a dance before🥺
The way Tim zooms in on Sean to make it look like he is the only one on the dancefloor, and then zooms back out to show Talia is still there is amazing. Definitely, the best videographer I know. (Sorry Donovan lmao)
Talia brings out the best in Sean. At 5:56 when she starts pulling his leg to get him on his head, you can see him almost put his hands down, but he quickly brings them back and he trusts Talia and it turns out to be super cool! Never seen him this emotional, definitely a favorite by him.
She is an amazing choreographer and mentor
6:59 you can literally see Sean wiping his tears away... What a beautiful soul
@Aidan Bason-Mitchell why is that? No offense I respect your opinion. I am just curious. You can tell me if you want. But if not that's totally fine as well
@Aidan Bason-Mitchell well to me it seems like this. You might be right though I am not going to deny that. I respect your opinion, I hope you respect mine as well.
And to me it is powerful.
But I might be wrong.
@Aidan Bason-Mitchell I agree and respect that. I didn't want to offend anyone. I just noticed that detail. That's all
@Aidan Bason-Mitchell no he was crying
Aidan Bason-Mitchell you can see at 6:56 the tear stain from his eye so think that proves he was
This was almost hard to watch because it was just so vulnerable. The performance...I was literally holding my breath. Was Sean crying at the end? Because same.
Dermot Kennedy's music, Sean, Courtney and Talia Favia's choreography? I'M IN
5:17 when he started to do this I started crying and got captivated in his story. Sean is a storyteller. He just takes you to another place entirely.
SAME 💔
Sean has brought a whole new interpretation into this dance holy crap. I've never seen this woman before but she was amazing as both of their free styling kept the pace and storyline of the song. They weren't concentrating on hitting the beat or the lyrics of the song. They're expressions and movement against each other was soooo COOOOL HOWWW Sean made really smart but risky decisions throughout the freestyle and it turned out flawless. They are so talented holy crap
The woman who danced with Sean is Talia Favia, the choreographer.
She's the genius who created the piece. I was more excited to see her as I've been following her work for YEARS. She moves me.
what timestamp did they start doing the freestyle?
You couldn’t have said it any better
Yeah.
It is not often that we get to see the genius herself, Talia, dancing on the floor. Bravo!!
she was there just to give that push and make us all cry... a genius!
The chemistry in both the duos was SO GOOD OML
The fact that Talia dancing on the dance floor with Sean is incredible. I am so happy for Sean for having this opportunity.
And Sean Lew proved it that he did an amazing job with whoever he was partnered with.
Even before watching I knew all of them were gonna kill it.
Courtney and Diego slayed it to perfection. I could see why Talia chose her as her padwan. Courtney's legs make me wanna cry she is so perfect and fluid. Haven't seen much of Diego's dance but he is amazing. Gonna start to follow him more.
Sean your vulnerability amazes me. Sean and Talia were a duo I didn't know I needed. Very captivating. Talia whatever little I saw of you dancing I was amazed. Wish you performed your own choreographies you are amazing.
Dermot Kennedy and Talia are a classic combination. The choreography was fierce and emotional and Dermot's voice just adds to it. Never expected anything less
Tim thankyou for capturing this so beautifully. Made me cry.
This entire thing touched my heart. There is always a vulnerability in Talia's choreography that I adore. Legends all of you.
This just perfectly captured everything I wanted to say
sorry to be nitpicking, but it’s spelt dermot (one t). only saying this because he has an irish name and as someone who is also irish with an irish name i’m used to people spelling them wrong and it bothers me. no offence though, i agree w your comment!!
@@job-vb7xt hahaha thank you I understand. Changed it. 😂❤
Courtney and Diego out here making a whole music video! That part where he sings along the song. I need to watch more of them.
Thank you Talia for pushing Sean and recognizing his potential to be an ACTOR! Real raw emotions that talia managed to coax out of Sean. Love this teacher student relationship they have.
And yes concept video that gives us all the feels pls!
Sean and Talia together wow magic!!
It’s been a while since choreo has made me cry but Sean. Talia. You got me. 😩😭
I've lost count of how many times I've watched Sean's part here. People keep looking at it from a set of two people storyline point of view. But from my perspective this is much more than that. It's all about Sean. It's a solo. Talia represents the weight of guilt, the torment, the sorrow, the depression and pain that he is feeling as he dances showing how broken he is by past events in these lyrics. It's that constant feeling and silent thoughts that are always present, lurking in the deep corners of the mind and buried within the heart, that's what Talia is here. Sean's depth of emotions is so well shown here as he faces the camera like a silent plead of help, and the weight on his shoulders makes him finally break down while fending off the memories. It's him dealing with his demons as he is learning to slowly let go and be free and not rely on it to keep him safe in an endless cycle. By leaving that behind his back, only then can he move on. It's a powerful representation, an empowering hidden message for all sorts of heartbreaking situations and victims of this mental darkness. They did such a phenomenal job, that there aren't enough words to describe it.
I think that's the first time we see Sean that emotional in a dance... correct me if I'm wrong, but Sean nearly cried during this, or he did cry in the end..
Annie Somaraki I’ve never seen him get emotional like this and he was definitely teary eyed...so raw!
Another Talia Favia choreo. To Dermot Kennedy/Lost Tim filmed it. Sean is in it & Courtney too. I think you'll enjoy it too it's very emotional.
@@Crps-qe3zs I know, I've seen it, it's just so raw and beautiful, but I think he took this choreo to another level, he even cried
The first couple was DYNAMIC. And Sean Lew..... he leaves me speechless. His vulnerability wow
Sean shines so bright here!! I feel like he gets to explore his potential more in freestyling solo or with new partners. it’s great watching him & Kaycee’s energy bounces off each other, but he’s usually complementing her in their freestyles. Love to see them together but also so impressed seeing their growth when they push themselves in dance
@@myescape607 Sean also let's her control the freestyle because he knows she wants to work on getting better at it and he is already so good. He is supporting her like a good partner should. In moments like this, he gets to work on his freestyle with someone who has more experience than him and can support him like he supports Kaycee. Would be great to seem them work together with people like Talia to work more on their freestyle as a couple and not individuals. Hopefully in the future when they are both on that level and ready for it.
@@myescape607 She is not controlling at all. Sean is the one who lets her take the spotlight. He is a true gentleman.
@@adityapattanayak6734 i guess so. Thats a better way of phrasing it acc. I didnt mean to sound insulting or anything. I meant control as in she does it first so when that happens he just watches and it ends like that.
sumbodi Sean typically lets whoever he’s dancing with lead the freestyle, it’s not just a kaycee thing
@@etoilesstar7886 but some times with certain people like julian and wildabeast, Sean is more involved in freestyle and he adds riskier amazing moves because he knows the partner can pick up where he left off or atleast sense his intentions..
This choreography is perfect for Sean, taking into account that he is a perfect storyteller in dance ... I loved everything, I loved the emotion, the choreography, and of course, these geniuses of dance. Sean Lew, you can do everything my dear ... One of the best dancers in history. The emotion you bring, your musicality, your smooth movements, everything is beautiful 🙌
Talia elevated it so much as his partner too. His performance was wonderful and her contribution made it beautiful. Literally crying right now.
Diego won NBC WOD S4, so he's a world-class dancer!
I appreciate all your kind words SO much!
I want to hear what you guys think this about! How do you relate to it? 🥀🥀🥀
I feel a sense of loss, the desperation and regret about a lost love ... I see two broken souls who are in love but that can't be together anymore. Thank you Miss Talia for this masterpiece, the chills, the tears of pure emotion (I would have much to say, but English is not my first language ... sorry for any linguistic errors!!)
WOW. Although I am not a dancer I can appreciate all that goes into what you do. In fact this one actually moved me to tears. One can definitely pick up on the emotions of the song in both performances. As J-Lo would say "I Got Goosies!!!" Thank you @Talia Favia for your beautiful talent.
My now ex wife decided last year that she wanted a divorce after 9 years of us being together. We were high school sweethearts but after coming back from being deployed overseas, things had changed for, both of us. I had finally moved on after the divorce and was doing alright until I just saw this video. It brought me almost to tears, because I saw the energy and emotion y'all put into this dance. I felt the hurt in his voice as he sang. I was reminded of the hurt I felt when she told me she wanted a divorce. That loss, that emptiness. But it also inspired me to start writing music again. I haven't truly written any good songs, because the last one I wrote was to be sung at our wedding in place of my vows when we did our renewal, since we had gotten married at the courthouse before I deployed. Thank you for the inspiration because I had forgotten the power of music and dance through my hurt. Y'all have reminded me that the best music comes from a truly heartfelt emotion, not something forced. Thank you.
The second performance had me almost weeping because I felt like Seans movements were so desperate and absolutely devestating like he really told a story and it made me think of a relationship i had completely destroyed because of my own issues and i literally felt that desperation as i was watching . It was so beautiful. I mean all dancers are wickedly talented as travolta would say but Sean just took my breath away.
This brought tears up from the bottom of my soul. I don't know if they were happy or sad or grief or relief, but here they are, and I thank you for them. ♥️
Sean and Talia made me cry. It was so painful and beautiful and raw. 😭
That's unreal. Everyone smashed it. Sean is truly incredible
I think, this is by far the most vulnerable choreography sean ever did. Holy crap who makes him cried like that, baby boy needs a hug
first a clap to tmilly because without him these beautiful details were not happening , and sean amazing !!!
1:07 I don’t know what it was about those spins, but I was shook! Diego and Courtney were amazing together! They moved really well together and were so powerful!
Emiko Tagahushi I know ! I got chills.
I think I heard someone cheering at the back when they did that too😂
I had to pause after that first duo because that was beautiful and I sat awestruck with my jaw agape and now I've got tears in my eyes. Talia Favia you're gold. Courtney Schwartz you are nothing short of awe inspiring. Diego Pasillas you were absolutely beautiful. The second part wrecked my soul, it was such a cry to the broken and the yearning parts of the soul where we've lost people we can't get back and people we wish we could. Sean Lew you are a vehicle for art and Talia Favia your mind is a place I would endlessly venture in to. Thank you for this. And thank you to Tim Milgram for capturing this so eloquently, you are consistently setting the standard. Just, thanks. ❤️
Sean's dancing touches my soul. 💛💜💙
Sean's movements are so powerful. Incredible storytelling.
i don't think i've ever seen Sean this vulnerable... oh them waterworks
Seannnn don’t cryyyyy 😭😭😭
Sean Lew, Talia Favia and Dermont Kennedy are a match made in heaven 😍🧡
I've been watching Sean for years now and I truly don't think I've ever seen him so immersed in a choreography like this. I'm so so proud of you lewlew:') this was just beautiful to watch😩💕
Another Talia Favia choreo. To Dermot Kennedy/Lost Tim filmed it. Sean.... I think you'll enjoy it too it's very emotional.
Talia's choreo always bring out the best of Sean in every way. Loved it.
Wait. Diego is actually perfect. His contemporary is gorgeous and his partnering skill and support is unmatched esp for someone his age. He deserves the hype people.
you are perfect
Literally everyone in this video killed it!! This entire video deserves hype!
Agreed! Diego was amazing. He's only 16 right?
What is his full name can’t seem to find more dances of him?
Sebastian Diego Pasillas. Check his IG it has all his recent stuff.
The first pair was fantastic, particularly the girl, Courtney Schwartz, incredible. And Sean is always phenomenal and always improving, that is why he surprises me every time.
This is probably one of my favourite dances to watch now. LOVE IT , SO GOOD !!!! Sean LEW and Talia made me cry like a baby . SO BEAUTIFUL
wow...amazing..sean with another masterclass in emotional storytelling with talia at the helm
Sean the king Lew!!!!!!
This was crazy to watch, something about the stillness at the beginning had me captivated, and I felt like I couldn’t look away, or even blink until the screen went black. They’re such good performers.
And then Sean appeared alone and I was ready for him to tell the same story, but as a solo. Talia surprised me when she walked into the frame, I’ve never seen her dance before but it was amazing how she chose to support Sean in this piece. Talia coming in and out just gave so much more to the piece. It became art. The first dancers made me feel like they were trying their best to hold on, but Sean was trying to let go, unable to get her out of his head. There was a moment when it almost felt like Sean was trying to get Talia out of his head almost like how people get water out of their ear, I thought that was such an amazing image. The other big difference between the two performances was the fourth wall. In the first, they were dancing to each other, fully in the story, feeling everything. In Sean’s, he kept staring right into the camera. I felt like. I was there, like he was telling me his story personally. You could see pure vulnerability the whole time and it was incredible.
SEAAAAAAANNN !!!!!!! Strength, control & emotions YEEESSS, so much talent, he just exploded 💜💜 Absolutely INCREDIBLE !!
I love it when Sean is challenged/pushed forward by the choreography.
& Courtney was exceptional.
Sean Lew you're so special! ❤️
4:40 his stare, his eyes, all that emotion going through him, you can see it all plain as day.
Oooooooh I have chills!
Wow! I thought the first couple were amazing, beautiful and emotive choreo. Sean blew me away with his interpretation. Bravo 👏👏👏
Courtney and Diego gave me a dance. Sean and Talia gave me a story. Each beautifully captivating ❤️
OMG SEAN LEW!!!!👏👏👏
amazing!! Sean Lew, Courtney Schwartz
Sean is gonna killl it killl it
Sean was amazing as always (also I've never seen him to a dance with this much emotional which was pleasantly surprising) but can we talk about the first pair....they owned this. Every movement was beautiful, especially the woman
sean is soo amazing his performance!!! 🤯
The first couple made me cry NUFF Said. To the young man your partnering skill and support while being so lost in the song and Choreo' was perfection...But I thank You All I needed this today. You All gave of yourselves, touched and helped someone you will probably never meet. what more could we ever want from our dance.
same, they were the best
5:49 Tears. Magnificent, Sean.
Total control & lost in the music's story.
the fact that Sean was so into telling the story through his movements and facial expressions to show the pain and hurt and emotions that go through the story is amazing. To be able to make yourself connect to the story so much and to put yourself into character is really hard especially when you don't talk but only use your body to tell a story. that is what makes dance so fascinating and interesting to watch. Dancers who dance not only with their body but put their mind, heart and soul into the dance are the ones that I respect the most.
sean performs so well i love watching him and kaycee dance. i’m a dancer and i look up to them so much. i’ve seen sean dance with emotion but this was different it felt so powerful i literally almost cried watching him dance. it was amazing. i’m so proud of him
This is not dance. This is a myriad of emotions that touched my heart.
Beautiful choreography.
I love that Seans improv was mostly simple but his acting & power behind the moves, made them so special & told such a painful story that it was just as incredible as if he'd done the most complex moves
Simple ?? Did you see that head spin 5:58!!
Just joking i totally agree with you he is great story teller. I can't stop watching this vid
Ohhh sean don't cry pleas!I can't see. It's fantastic. Amazing. No comment
Sean lew and Talia!!!! That was unbelievable. I felt this performance in my heart. Absolutely amazing 🙌🏻👏🏻
Sean and Talia surprised me so much omg, I literally can feel the emotion and the intensity through the screen, I got goosebumps, amazing
My goodness this was so moving. The couple and their chemistry was absolutely beautiful. And Sean...I'm speechless. Him and Talia gave me mother and son vibes in this piece, so so wonderfully executed. I dont know how many times I've watched this, completely breathtaking performance from all 4.
Courtney YOU'RE A MONSTER!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!! YOU'RE A MASTERPIECE OF STRENGHT AND BALANCE AND LIGHTNESS. JUST WOW
First time I see Talia dancing and loved it. This video shows me how talented she is and the power she has to lift up Sean's presentation. This was by far the best choreo ever
Powerful Choreography! Sean was STUNNING!!!
I just wanted to say how much I love Sean lmao, this is one of the best dances I've ever seen him do because you can see the emotion its like you can feel it and you just knew the story automatically from the emotion, and I think that's very important when it comes to dancing. when I was watching this I cried so much because I can relate to this dance so much from things I went through and im still going through.
Started crying at 1:26. This is so beautiful. So much respect to all of these talented dancers pouring their hearts out. I would give anything to see Sean and Kaycee dance a partner piece to Talia's emotional choreography. Anything. I'm obsessed with the way she brings out a side of dancers most of us have never seen. Their partnership is already incredible but I think she could bring something so amazing out of them. Hopefully one day.
I Agree !!
I 100% agree. Talia is very good at pushing Sean and Kaycee (separately) in their emotional storytelling, which in my opinon is what they need to work on as a couple/partnering duo. They are already so good, but this was next level storytelling by Sean and it would be amazing to see it from Sean and Kaycee together. Hopefully we'll see a collaboration between them two and Talia in the near future. They need choreographers like her because they are already so good in most aspects. If you're reading this Talia, push them! Hard! LOL.
We need that!!!!
what was this dance about?
We are so proud of you Sean and the rest of the team.
Can we all just appreciate how good they are, I only know Sean and like always he’s just amazing, every person that watches him dancing, singing or anything is just speechless because you can tell how much heart and soul he puts on everything, I dream to be like him or like any of them, they are just amazing people and can tell they love this
Talia doesn't look old, but the way they interacted with each other screamed mother-son to me and I saw the loss of a mother in that dance. A mom dying and leaving her son behind without wanting to.
I love both performances. They both left me speechless.
Sean Lew and this girl EPIC DANCE !
sean’s is so emotional i felt that shit so much can rlly see the pain through the dance so good
THE TALENT the second performance really gave me goosebumps
Sean Lew
Solo?
@@myescape607 fixed it thanks!
Sameee. My heart is shattering watching the performance
This was absolute beauty. Sean always scoops my heart out of my chest and puts it back changed. Love.
Man Sean's eyes in the beginning set the tone 👏👏
OMG WHY DO U ALWAYS MAKE ME CRY SEANNN!!!!!!!!GREAT CHOREOGRAPHY AND FANTASTIC PERFORMANCE
It's amazing how different dancers can interpret the same choreography . Courtney and Diego make it seem like a story of love and all of it's complexities between two people while Sean and Talia make it seem more about one persons battle with themselves whether that's depression, doubt or otherwise much more of Sean's internal struggle. Both interpretations are so vastly different but both so intensely beautiful, well done.
Watching Sean Lew dance makes me cry I don’t know why but it does he’s so talented ❤️👏🏽😢
My interpretation of the first couple was like a relationship where maybe there was a trust breaking moment and so they are trying to get that back or regain those old times "do you remember when" and my interpretation of Sean & Talia is that of a son who's mother is deceased and she is still guiding him and letting him know that he can move on she will always be there but he is afraid because he feels lost without her, and he often dwells on those times they shared "do you remember when" just my personal perspective of the dances ❤️
OMG, Sean Lew❤️😭
There was such a stark difference in the first and second couples, but they both fit perfectly. The first one told the story in the dancing. The second one told the story in every single possible way, through the dancing, the facials, the disappearances and reappearances, everything. I've never felt so emotionally invested in a choreography before.
I’m speechless I just don’t know what to say about this they’re really amazing and Sean interpretation was just... wow
SEAN THE GREAT!!!
Ive watched a couple of videos of Sean dancing, and with that Kaycee girl. Im always impressed by Sean, he's legendary. His expressions and that part of the dance where he was running on the spot looking as if he's falling just really got me, if that wasnt planned 110% For wowing the crowd.
Awesome choreography... i cried the whole time Sean was dancing... i felt all of his emotions.. great dancer ...
Ok Talia just gave me tears... I knew it was be powerful and emotional coz' it's a Talia choreo and the first duet prove me right, they were so amotional and they did strong and classic lines and moviments... BUU, BUT, BUT...
I WAS NOT PREPARED to see what Talia and Sean did, they killed me with intensity, emotion, and I was for one second not giving a f*&$ to the choreo coz' they did so much more than a choreo there, I cried, then I notice that Sean was crying too and that I lost... Just watching the intire video again... prop to Tim for giving us so much emotion in the way he got every moviment, every line and every way too experience that work of wart, everyone involved deserves love for this!
The choreography to this song literally defies gravity and makes me want to dance sooo bad. Sean and the rest of the dancers have all come so far and become amazing artists. I can’t wait for the future dances and beautiful stories that come along with them 🤍
First off I just want to say that was really freaking beautiful. The contrast between outwardly confrontational emotions and internalized suppression of emotions. I loved every bit of both performances.
2nd Courtney's body is a dream. I hope to one day look that amazing.
First group: beautiful It was like such a struggling romance. You dance so well together like two romantic interests who have been friends and lovers but dancing around hard truths. Such power and volatile emotions
Second group: So emotional. Talia knew how to really bring Sean out and that is an amazing art. Even though her appearances in the video were brief, they were so extremely powerful. I couldn't help crying. Not surprising at all that Sean cried. This wasn't acting, this was becoming. I love to see him meet these kinds of expressive choreographers who bring out this other side of him. This was so him and every time I see him, I'm never disappointed and always see something new.
Both duos did absolutely amazing. The whole video was breathtaking. I’m in awe of how well the first pair flowed as a team and Sean’s passion truly shined through in this performance 💛
contemporary sean is my favourite sean
Omg when Sean spun on his head I lost it. Also I’ve never seen him get so into it that he actually cries. Wow. Kudos to Talia for creating such powerful pieces
A week ago I was SO moved by this piece I had to return to see how it still felt. This time it was Sean and Talia that made me weep. We have a long year ahead and each work of art stands alone but we will be hard pressed to top* this beautiful heart rending interpretation.
Sean's performance had me wanting to hug him and tell him that everything is going to be ok
Watching all performances, I felt like something was stuck in my throat and didn't realize when holding my breath. Especially when Sean hit his head tried hard to remember. And camera work ... amazing captured.
The first two dancers were slept on in the comments, the first two dancers did amazing 🥰🥰 I can’t stop watching this video is on replay.
Luv them. Can feel them.
Wow ... this choreo is truly amazing: powerful, emotional, intense. Talia Favia is a wonderful genius 🙌🙌 Sean Lew ... well, no words can properly describe his shining soul and his wonderful dancing skills ❤ Courtney and her partner: magnificent!! Thank you all (including THE Tim Milgram!!)
