sir what an amazing starting sir.... sach me rona aa gya..kash humare school teacher itne passion se parhaya karte..organic mujhe pasand hai.ut fark ye tha ki ise mai tricks se yad krne ki koshish krta tha jisse yad easily ho jaye..thanks sir for giving me mechanism... thnx a lot..humari duayein aapki jindagi ko aur bhi khushaal bana dein.
understood nothing in my coaching when it was taught for 1 hour, but here in 7 mins, poora concept clear ho gaya.... Hats off to you sir... Thank you so much...
NGP takes place when beta carbon atom has a subsituent attached to it having pi electrons or lone pair... then how did u proceed in the second last example?? The one with HS and Cl...
Sir in 6:19 time you told that OH- will be nucleophile there due to presence of lone pair, though there was a Cl and it has lone pair...so why u did not treat it as a nucleophile???

Sir DOES Sn Ngp HAVE TO BE THE FIRST STEP? Hamare ek dpp mein we had a substrate having epoxide and adjacent to it a Cl (leaving group), reacting with sodium methoxide. Mera doubt ye tha ki:- So why does the methoxide DIRECTLY attack the epoxide oxygen via Sn2 and then the oxygen attacks via Sn Ngp after which Cl leaves? Thanks for your videos sir
Sir, this explanation was really very nice. I understood every aspect, sir can you please make a video on Questions on NGP please sir.

your teaching is so well I understand comfortably any topic by u sir. It was new reaction(Ngp) for me. Thank you sir
Loved the approach , this kind of explanation makes organic chemistry very interesting.
Glad to hear that!

NGP takes place when beta carbon atom has a subsituent attached to it having pi electrons or lone pair... then how did u proceed in the second last example?? The one with HS and Cl...
There are two carbons, the one with Cl is alpha and the one with OH is beta. OH is internal nucleophile.
Really only few teacher able to explain it.
You are best 😘✨
Thank you so much 😀
Neat and Best explanation sir..Thank you

Sir will this reaction occurs in SN1 conditions also??
Please reply
Sir DOES Sn Ngp HAVE TO BE THE FIRST STEP?
Hamare ek dpp mein we had a substrate having epoxide and adjacent to it a Cl (leaving group),

Mera doubt ye tha ki:-
So why does the methoxide DIRECTLY attack the epoxide oxygen via Sn2 and then the oxygen attacks via Sn Ngp after which Cl leaves?

thanks a lot sir for this video it helps me a lot😊😊😊
Sir how to understand kon sa mechanism ka use karna hai
Agar or kisi ka doubt hai to maro hit👍👍
Chowkidar Piyush already video hai ispe
Ngp ke karan sterochemical relation and rate of rxn par affect hota hai
Is there no change in configuration in sn ngp
sir KOH is reagent of snngp ... ?
what about ring strain in the second example??
I don't think that a big issue, afterall it's a five memberd ring, just like tetrahydrofuran but with sulphur instead of oxygen.
