It'd be sick to hear this done more often.
really glad you noticed ^^ funnily enough I only had plans for the S3 menu transition, but I kept hearing those other melodies in my head since they share similar bass lines and stuff. If I do more remixes like it I’d love to make it part of the format to tie the mix together :)

fire questions! good luck with your studies btw :) for the remix I used the “ultimate wii soundfont” for every instrument except the drums. and hard to choose since I tried to narrow it down to only songs that knocked my socks off lol. some of the ones that I recently discovered/stood out to me were tee lopes’ sonic 3 menu cover (hence the intro lol) Shogo Sakai’s Latin from Picross 3D round 2, slept on by me! 😅 the music from Jet de Go 1+2 was an awesome surprise. Takeshi Nakasuta’s edit of Shadoobie was another “where tf has this been?? 👀” moment, and following that I forgot new super lucky’s tale had some absolute bops. a complete left field hit from the music of Little Britain DS 😆 and I initially thought that house preview from smash ultimate wasn’t the vibe, but found it stuck in my head later which basically made the decision for me. I could genuinely give commentary to every track, I really stand in awe of the people who make these good vibes
you know what’s funny? I’d literally do that just to get mixes in ears faster lol, I’d feel weird about charging for it tho. HQ audio downloads would be sick but also i dunno if Jonathan H. Nintendo would come knocking on my door 😅

I’ve actually been curious about other platforms like mixcloud but I’m uncertain about the implications in terms of fair use. if it turns out it’s transformative enough and avoids specific copyrights I’m never opposed to taking certain steps for convenience and quality’s sake :)
