I just received mine a few days ago. Right in time for a long business trip. I've been put off with tablets before, Samsung Tab A, Asus Transformer, and the Amazon Fire HD. They all would be laggy and not a fun device to have. Not to mention the battery life was never great. So far, the OnePlus Pad has been very smooth to use. I've been watching tons of video from Netflix, UA-cam and HBO Max. The battery life has been outstanding. This is also with me turning the brightness all of the way up. I'm not a big gamer but Clash of Clans works great. The speakers are nice and loud. The keyboard initially I wasn't thrilled with but it already had a firmware update and took care of the connectivity issues that I was having right out of the box.
Sounds more like an advertisment than a review 😅, no actual numbers given, how long did the battery last, what was the speed FPS when playing games etc.
I just ordered one on Amazon yesterday and it included the keyboard case for free. So for 479 I got the tablet and the $150 keyboard. That's a fantastic deal!!
Binge-watching on the OnePlus Pad is a dream come true! The screen is incredible for movies and shows - super sharp and immersive. Plus, the speakers are surprisingly loud for a tablet, making the sound fantastic. Battery life rocks too, lasting a full day of browsing and streaming. The only snag? This thing can be a little slippery, especially when I'm out and about. To fix that, I'm thinking of a matte black TPU skin. Extra grip for holding this beauty and screen protection from scratches from gadgetshieldz, all without sacrificing the Pad's sleek design. Boom! Problem solved, style on point.
Can anyone answer please - i am trying to find out if this tablet can cast to the TV for streaming movies, like u can do with an Iphone and Airplay. AIRPLAY is perfect it plays it in the proper ratio, perfect quality and in full screen too. But if i try to cast from my old s2 tablet it takes 40% of the screen away from the border and crappy quality. Any ideas if this cast features are that of quality? I know it has Screencast & screen mirroring options. Any help from a user would be appreciated, i want to find a tablet that casts perfect quality, thx anyone!!
