Hello, Drainage issue with my TDCS 3540. Water drains towards the lower compartment of the fridge instead of drainage pipe towards compressor. No solution as of now. Please help

Hello sir, good evening, I actually watched this nice video and and want to say that we have been using this fridge for the last 6 months. It's quite good...but we don't know how to defrost it!! Actually the freezer section was getting too much of ice on its glass shelf, back side of the freezer and at the bottom too... Could you please guide us efficiently, to how to get rid of this problem. It would be very grateful to you .....as we don't want to take any kind of risk with our newly purchased asset😅. Avoid Liebherr Liebherr Group is a market leader when it comes to industrial infrastructure. Sad that they couldn't achieve half of that stature in the domestic appliances. I did the a mistake in purchasing their referigator, and here is how their service process Dos and Don'ts. 1. close a complaint right after engineer visit: doesn't matter if the customer's issue is not resolved. Not even if the job sheet remark by customer mentions UNRESOLVED. 2. Just because Liebherr engineers are not trained to handle a design fault, tell the customer that there is no fault at all. 3. Take as many days you need to respond to an email, because the customer has just one job in life- keep following up with you. 4. No dashboard for customer's convinience. 5. No escalation matrix. I am not just another annoyed customer whining. A complaint made in May 2022 for my Liebherr fridge model TGCS 2910 is still unresolved. Finally moving to consumer court
liebherr is boasting about technological advancement, its build quality , its chic look etc. even though the refrigerator has serious cooling issues. I bought liebherr tdc4765 ,472 liters from croma mumbai . It was delivered to me on 11th april 2022 and installed on 13th april 2022. Since day one it is posing cooling issues and today while writing a review the date is 16th april 2022 thanks to liebherr there is nobody to address the issue. They just sell the product and run away. Grave mistake committed by me preferring liebherr over LG and samsung. Guys do not take their reviews seriously they have a poor after sales service.

Sorry for This, But Most Brand Will Never Add Any Light in Freezer Because there is very chill and ice cream Compartment so there is cant add light, because of there too low temperature that affects on lights.

Mumbai me is ka after sales service thik nahi hai kya...itna complaints kyu😡

I got the Liebherr last week refrigerator is good but only problem is there's no light in freezer...
