Does anyone know why this is called Tomboy? As in, has Hyukoh said so officially why? Because the lyrics are clearly about youth and feeling a bit lost, but it never addresses a tomboy or anything particularly close. We can have our own interpretations but I'm really curious what the intention was for naming it that.
As the song is about hardships of youth and of searching yourself , I have the feeling that one of the thoughts put in this song is that sometimes because of being young and trying to act cool , we hide love that is within us and forget about it, like a tomboy , girl who is trying to not look like a typical girl; but you know maybe that’s a crazy theory , just sharing what came to mind first
