This is something that people teach us not to do in books. It is drilled into us not to write like this and yet... this is beautiful and wonderful to listen to.

@@s.sumbrella7616I'm assuming their talking about "over explaining". They spent a lot time explaining one scene, that in a book they'd take a page, two maybe even four but adding less detail in the scene where here they spent around 20 minutes explaining this scene in detail.

This was an interesting concept, seeing Crowley struggle with partial color blindness. Then him being able to smell and feel the colors but not see. My heart is feeling like a campfire right now all warm and snuggly. Awesome work!

I can’t tell you how much I loved this. This was certainly an interesting take on Crowley, I’ll say that much. The story plus the relaxing narration was a perfect matchup.
Okay, this is the first and official Good Omens fic that made me teary eyed...which is saying something cause I've read and written some pretty damn heartbreaking and emotional GO Fics.😭😭😭😭

So ..... From how I took this was. Crowley had practically gone colored blind and Aziraphale gave him the colors back.
That's right! Snakes have a certain type of colour blindness where they can only see blue and yellowish green - the rest is in greyscale! Aziraphale allowed Crowley to see in a way similar to 'synesthesia' - where one does not 'see' the colours through their eyes, but can feel them, sense them, smell and taste them, allowing him to reclaim those colours in a whole new way! 🙂
