Are you gonna add the "long lance" phaser that norways were supposed to have? Might give you some extra punch you want. Also been watching your work and it is golden my dude. My biggest gripe of bridge commander is many starfleets dominion war/borg designs seem underpowered and you are breathing fresh life into em.

I take it regenerative shields are the Norway's party trick now? Since in every other way she looks lackluster, especially for her size. Weak armament, zero burst damage, weak hull, average agility... I think you need to add a little more regeneration on those shields. They're carrying a LOT of weight on this ship. Either that, or more capacity. But I kind of like the idea of hyper-regen shields here. A ship that outheals light to moderate damage to it's shield grid, but can be breached easily by a concentrated burst of damage to any facing. And do quite a bit of damage to the light hull beneath.
Not regenerative, they are just strong for a ship of its size. The phasers are a little stronger than the Intrepids. I might buff the shields a little more
@@adamlee2111 I'd go for both the shields and phasers (since it's obvious the torpedoes are not the main weapon here XD ). For a ship the size of the Intrepid, she definitely doesn't feel as potent. And of course the Steamrunner would have her for lunch. Or I'd leave the armaments as is, and shield capacity as is, and just add faster regen. That would do the trick too, if you want her to be a shield-tank.
