I notice TT haven’t been eating strawberries lately. I’m curious if he also eats blueberries and blackberries. Most berries are Super Foods! Good for his tummy and health.

Tip Toe looked tired on Thanksgiving Day. I bet he enjoyed hearing the family eating outside next to his pen. Plus seeing the little children.
Your dog looks like he wanted to get in there and see why Tip Toe is so tired. Don't feel bad Tip Toe your fan from Virginia didn't feel good Thanksgiving day I hated it but it was the 1st thanksgiving in a long time that miss hanging with family stuck in bed because I was Soo cold inside out and we had the heat on in our apartment for several days. I got to thinking last night I did this away when I was little in the winter and summer so after dad brought him his 1st camper he kept an AC in the back wall plus he kept an heater on his cabinet out of the way and an cover for me plus a pillow that was his but I used when I had these cold spells he would cut the heater in full blast get my blanket and pillow lay in his bed with an blanket that my grandma made me under me and he would give me an aspirin and I would wrap up and sleep for several hours. But this time I couldn't take an aspirin but wrap up with the heater wide open pray and sleep. Thank God I feel better today. I hope I feel better tonight so I can go to my cousins house for Thanksgiving dinner with my dad brothers aunt uncle and all my cousins and other families members. Oh yeah we did get Thanksgiving day sent to us my love son fixed us 2 throwaway pans of all kinds of side dishes with about 8 dinner rolls some ham and turkey. Plus me a plate with apple pie and homemade banana pudding my husband had the same plate but he had cherry pie instead of apple, we had another plate with cheesecake and some brownies and peanut butter delights plus 1 can of every flavor drink they had for the dinner plus my dad sent us the the bowl with the rest of his squash potatoes and onions. I'm so blessed my youngest brother brought the plates to us. We enjoyed ourselves. Sending hugs 🤗 and loves 💕 to you Tip Toe 🐢, mama, grandma and grandpa. 💋

Quick question- does he ever get sluggish in winter? I’m fairly new to sulcatas (and mine isn’t as big as TT), but he’s been not wanting to come out of his house lately. Still eating, but doesn’t seem to want to move. Does TT ever do that? Should I be concerned?

Do you ever serve tiptoe meat? I read that tortoises will eat insects and other high-protein smaller creatures if they can get them. I'm just curious if he had even a small sampling of Turkey, and if so, what was his reaction? Thank you.
He is an herbivore however I am sure if given the opportunity he would chow down
