I have a Hannimax which is exactly the same as your lens. My problem is that the aperture ring is loose. I have removed obvious screws but can't remove the camera mount ring nor the aperture ring. Any advice on how to remove these. Thanks

If you have removed the screws under the breech mount, the mount should come out.

By chance would you be able to change iris mechanism for more blades in a 50mm?

Custom parts will need to be made or donated from another lens. It would need to have the exact same dimensions with same type of linkage. It can be done, but probably not worth it.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know how to price something like that, as there are so many variables. I also do not know of any service provider that does such modifications.

how about a donor body that has many blade iris already, would that work?

The donor aperture assembly would need to have the exact same dimensions as the original, as well as having the same type of linkage. I would assume it would be very challenging to find a exact part like this.
