On my way home, I found a dog that was tied up. It seemed like the dog couldn't even go for a walk, and I felt sorry for it, so I stopped by to give it some treats. But when I checked, the dog was lying down and couldn't even eat the treats. It was unable to stand as if paralyzed and was shedding tears.
The city would likely say there's nothing they can do because the dog has an owner, and if I take it, I know it would probably go to a shelter and be at risk of euthanasia.

Wann Sie es mit menschliche Patienten machen würden im Spitäler, würden Sie an Depression sterben! - Es macht psychisch noch weiter kaputt! Lomplett unproduktiv, und nicht hilfreich!! Ich würde es im Tierspital verbieten, kostet der Behandlung sehr viel, und mit Gitterstäben arbeiten Sie gegen Genesung!! Sehr schlechte Behandlung!
