Thank you so much for these teachings Devi Ma. I think I missed the 2nd one so I am going to take time and do them in succession. Thought I’d share a very interesting experience from the blue flame visualisation. At first, it was difficult to do in my 3rd eye but then realised I could visualise it better if I imagined it on my being as I sat. This I could do. Afterwards I felt a very deep feeling of calm and a very noticeable expansion of awareness. It’s like my awareness is dominant over concepts or experience, it feels like a major shift. You’re amazing thank you 🙏 ❤ xx

@@Letty1122 aww so glad to hear beloved Letty...yes best way to do this series program effectively is to start with part 1 and work your way up...to part 4 and do the guided meditation and affirmations. we are launching a healing and ascending guided mediation in less than one week! So powerful! Stay tuned! Also it would a great idea to even redo the program a second time a little later. It will hit you differently and you will gain new insights. Well the third eye ( ajna ) is within your being and can be very challenging for some seekers. Whatever it takes in your consciousness and perception to work with the Divine Blue Flame of Awareness....I feel very humbled by your heart felt words and rejoice with your progress ands growth.
