Dev playing with a hoodie and a fitted cap on is like piccolo fighting with his cape and turbin on. huge disadvantage with the added weight, but dev's a beast
im 13 years old 5 feet shooting gaurd. i'm hard working and willing to put in any kind of hard work to get better. is there any way i can contact u? i live in fremont c.a.
As a young basketball player who loves the game I thank you because your videos motivate me to work harder every time I step out onto the court. Thank you and keep up the great work. SHIFT TEAM!
Honestly I could watch these videos all day, Ive noticed a major change in my Game useing 3 dribbles or less to get my shot off. Thanks Dev Keep up the hard work
D Will trashed him in a hoody and a fitted lol and are those Vans?? Respect to the young student though.. Stuff like this humbles you and makes you even greater under the whistle
Really can’t believe how far DEV has come. Also can’t believe that this was 6 years ago. Devs game is so much smoother and he’s become and even better teacher. 🔥💪🏻😤
It's crazy how as can relate to the commentary like you've trained me, but I will apply these tips to my game. I entirely respect your work keep it up and keep making a difference.
I finally got to see this video, very anticipated and very impressed. Question though, have you thought of teaching, The Turn and The Sway, when it comes to shooting? Ive only started this process for the past two months and I can say shooting when in practice i cant really get it down mentally. But when it counts is game situation, and to me no matter if its 21, 1v1, 2v2, or 5v5, i feel it when i shoot without thinking about it.
Just a little insight why he shooting percentage goes down when he getting tired (first of everyone will do more mistakes regardless field when they get tired). What I see so far he have negative motion in his technique, he is jump shooter so he relied on his legs 50% or even more to make it work, he also two stage shooter with quite a pause in between, timing when he release ball is off a bit must be a bit earlier so he can use that energy of elevation. His elbow and shooting line - too late to even bother so better to work on what in reach. Besides technique right timing would make his shot more consistent, less pause in two stages of shot also would help.
Aye devin, I was that dude that came up to you at the Price game at Maranatha for the Rose City Classic Tournament. Nice to see you working and getting buckets bro.
@Shift Team HQ im wondering how to get my mid range better because i shoot to hard and seems like when i jump its to much power help please just need advice or point me in the right direction
Should I even focus on getting to the rack as I am smaller and not athletic or should I just stick to catch and shoot rotating the ball and playing d hustling etc
Reason why Dulani doesnt need to dip is that if you see,he doesnt explode from his shot on his toes but he ges all the strength flat footed so he has alot more power but just a bit slower shot
Hey Dev, where can I get some in the lab gear and other shiftteam gear? Also I might wanna pick up some gear from other 10000 hour affiliates. Hook me up?
I'm 16 5'10" a junior and 140 pounds what type of workout would you recommend me I'm not super athletic I can nick the rim I have a 7'3" reach my vert is 28 or 29 thx man
Dev playing with a hoodie and a fitted cap on is like piccolo fighting with his cape and turbin on. huge disadvantage with the added weight, but dev's a beast

Another good video Dev...Keep em coming. I like the work ethic!
You paved the way for basketball in A LOT of ways. Your growth is crazy. I remember watching these then going straight to the gym. Salute to you, Dev

La'Corian Ballard video or it didn't happen.
La'Corian Ballard how long have you been working out man? I am 5.7 and can barely reach the net (pathetic i know)
Bruh I'm 6,5 and I can't dunk
Suzan Tadros I'm 5'9'', and I can dunk, although RARELY, and will never probably do it in game. How old are you, that's a big deal.

I LOVE his comment about actual college basketball. Well put......this man gets it!
It's crazy how as can relate to the commentary like you've trained me, but I will apply these tips to my game. I entirely respect your work keep it up and keep making a difference.

This a Good one keep them coming.
I love watching this stuff maaan. U made me realize how I've been practicing my dribbling aaaaall wrong
I wanna see Trevor and Dulani go at it
I honestly feel like Dulani would devastate TJ. Just saying.
Yeah but Trevor is as quick as he is
Jan Antipuesto
Yea but not as strong
I just wanna see who goes the furthest with their basketball career and education
Awesome video Dev, very motivational for me bro
Green line - NBA
Yellow line - FIBA/WNBA
Red line - Highschool
College line is only 6-12 inches more than highschool. Just for the heads up.
Those videos motivate me to keep working hard on my game.
Right me too
Yo Dev you wrong for that move at 12:02 😂 that was nasty af 👌
The coach has some of the best handles I've ever seen. Did he play in the nba?
Just a little insight why he shooting percentage goes down when he getting tired (first of everyone will do more mistakes regardless field when they get tired). What I see so far he have negative motion in his technique, he is jump shooter so he relied on his legs 50% or even more to make it work, he also two stage shooter with quite a pause in between, timing when he release ball is off a bit must be a bit earlier so he can use that energy of elevation. Old gold
got nothing but respect for devin and his game. a humble beast who sacrifices his time to improve others? got my reverence
Aye devin, I was that dude that came up to you at the Price game at Maranatha for the Rose City Classic Tournament. Nice to see you working and getting buckets bro.
I LOVE the song during the 1 on 1 HAHAHAHAHAHAHA #genius
Great video!
A new video from dev and from KP, the women in my phone need to stop texting me for the next 15 minutes.
Hell yea it felt like christmas already
This guy would definitely be my top youtuber that can actually ball !
These vids are a great source of motivation. Keep em comin. Whats the instrumental in the beginning?
Great! I like your videos more and more!
Thanks!
Great ved I'm a real fan keep up the great work
Devin, do you ever work with fowards and centers
Good stuff Dev!
Dulani Is freaking athletic, all around!
Good vid man.
You and KP putting out some good stuff Dev. Still waiting to see Matty and Kyle though.
Dribble work by Devin @ 12:03 is elite.
whats the track at 9:17?
Love the VS !
can you let us know the music you used? thanks!
Can some one tell me the song at 11:30 its so sick!!!!!
got any vids that you recommend to help your off-hand dribbling and passing
@Shift Team HQ im wondering how to get my mid range better because i shoot to hard and seems like when i jump its to much power help please just need advice or point me in the right direction
I like the mortal combat feeling that you added
Whats the instrumental at 8:18??
Should I even focus on getting to the rack as I am smaller and not athletic or should I just stick to catch and shoot rotating the ball and playing d hustling etc
devin williams spin move @ 9:53 was something serious
This is the reason why you dip your create more energy for the jumpshot when tired instead of jumping high which exerts more energy
keep up the work devin doin great things for young kids from yo boy ethan trailblazers dude
Devins out here ballin in Vans
Hey you should put little side notes in your videos that’ll help us with like the simple little things to focus on like the one at 2:10
So when you were talking about spots and creativity are you saying to get to that spot however you want as long as you get their?
Classic video 📼
Hey Devin, How do you pick people to work with? I could use it.
when u gonna make second part of this ? waiting for it
devin did you make the beat during the 1on1 games?
I found the music but it isn't same as this
how did u get the full version of the angela bofill instrumental? i cant find it
Reason why Dulani doesnt need to dip is that if you see,he doesnt explode from his shot on his toes but he ges all the strength flat footed so he has alot more power but just a bit slower shot
hey Dev! Why you removed the 10000 hours ep. 4 part 1?
Great vid! whats the music at the end? plsss
yo Shift Team HQ still waiting on that part 2!
whats the song in the beginning ?
Great video
beats name at 9:15 ???
Hey Dev, where can I get some in the lab gear and other shiftteam gear? Also I might wanna pick up some gear from other 10000 hour affiliates. Hook me up?
Hoppin in the Vans!
Yea Boi you a cold piece sir.

I'm 16 5'10" a junior and 140 pounds what type of workout would you recommend me I'm not super athletic I can nick the rim I have a 7'3" reach my vert is 28 or 29 thx man
Your hands look as if they were sent from the heavens lmao some people can dribble but you just look natural with it I admire that
Been waiting for part 2 for awhile where it at dev
goddamn devin's game is ridiculously smooth...
Shift Team HQ whats the name of the song when its Devin Vs Dulani ?
You should train ricky rubio haha, he really could become a lot better! Good stuff, Devin!
I've been watching ur videos for a while and like how u train. I just wanna be a good basketball player
He plays at 1 speed lol and its fast Kemba does it.
I want to see actual game footage of when these players get like pass to assists or just a regular normal play where they aren't always a factor
My take on him ,it's that he is not a bad shooter ,but his wide frame, short span really makes it difficult for him
Thanks
When is part 2 coming outt
perfect coach hugs from BRASIL
good stuff by Devin Williams
does anynone know how to get to there website, when i try to go there it dosnt work
