Ok. Iron Swan B tier is Grave Robber "S Tier" levels of copium lol. The most relevant targets in the game get killed by it, Prophet gets killet by it, Hag also, DD3 is much easier because Iron Sawn exists. Shieldbreaker its the only other hero that can damage nuke rank 4 from rank 1... I love this videos anyway, keepem comin Shuffle.
"You will use only once or twice a battle" thank God, just means the move did its job, S tier, I don't agree with this tier in general, the older one is much better as far as I remember
@nathanaeldiegofariassantos4926 I think the tier list is good in general but I agree with your refutation of this line of reasoning. You only hit ballad once or twice a fight, doesn't mean it's bad. Iron Swan does exactly what you would want it to do, which is nuking rank 4 with big damage that is hard to come by in this game.
Duelist's Advance is absolutely one of the most busted skills in the game, and more than deserves that S tier. It effectively gives Highwayman as many turns as the number of enemies that attack him while the riposte is up. More attack opportunities equals more crit opportunities equals more stress heals.
And the fact that eliminating the opponent with the riposte cancels the on hit effects such as bleed, blight, debuffs, moves, stuns and stress (unless the stress is caused by enemy crit) makes it even more useful for mitigating damage and stress. Plus the fact that you’re just getting so much free damage, more opportunities to crit thereby giving increased stress healing as well, and wrecking opponents with it so fast if they’re targeting highwayman, and as they say being proactive and mitigating and dealing damage is better than healing it. So a high crit, riposte highwayman provides so much damage mitigation and morale boosting for your party, all the while obliterating the enemy ranks simultaneously. A few good ripostes can easily turn the tide of a fight.
People complaining that Hounds Rush is lower than Thrown Dagger, but isn't it less accurate, on a slower hero who has a few better buttons to press? GR has Lunge and Shadow Fade, that's about it; HM has Cry Havoc, Lick Wounds, Guard, Prot down, STUN, or a cleave that cleans up enemies whilst getting other enemies into kill thresholds (you're always like 1-2 points too low in Bloodmoon)
Ok but then you’re ranking skills in a different way. Is this tier list meant to rank skills only for each champ, or rank all the champs’ skills against each other? Because if it’s the latter, it doesn’t matter if Hound has “better buttons.” And if you’d usually find a Hound more useful than a GR, then Hound should be on your roster (a no-brainer IMO) & it’s misleading to be ranking GR’s skills above Hounds. If we’ve played a lot of hours we understand this, but it makes this tier list less useful for new players
@@scarletsletter4466 this is a disingenuous argument; most of my point stems from the fact that HM would rather be doing literally anything else with his own kit, meaning I'm not comparing him to anyone else when I say Hounds Rush is dog shit. You'd rather be stunning, guarding, stress healing, healing, or cleaving the entire enemy team to reach kill thresholds, or using the most busted mark in the game, than a shit accuracy move that doesn't kill unless you buff HM a shit ton in ways he doesn't need or want. I compare GR and HM for a moment because others have already done so, complaining about the placement of the moves in the list in relation to each other; since others have brought it up, I merely point out that yes, Thrown Dagger is just better than Hounds Rush in general. That discussion still doesn't negate my earlier points of Hounds Rush being ass cheeks in the HM own kit.

But most players most of the time would be better off just getting rid of a front line enemy with Crusader’s basic damage rather than spending a turn on a dodge buff or flash powder. The problem with this sort of tier list is that if you want to be objective & truly rank the skills against each other, you’ve gotta take the usefulness of the champs into account. In reality, esp at harder difficulties, some champs are much better & more versatile than others. For example, I rarely keep aboms, Musks, SBs, Lepers, (or Anti once I’ve reached veteran), etc in my roster.
