If you look at most of the gay theme short films on UA-cam, you would think that being gay was a horrible and depressing life. It's not and Connor & Jayden presents a story that many of us gay guys have lived. Being gay can be wonderful and gay relationships can be wonderful and fulfilling. Thanks for this short film!

I know you have read my comments after we viewed it three different times with other same sex couples and a mix of couples with the same positive response. If I truly you are variety of ages you would be in awe. The way u wrote it and the way the 2 actors presented it was so much better than 2 movies with major studios and actors they were so unrealistic except for Brokeback Mt. It was touching. Texting is a pain but I know I represent our group of friends when I say you and your business partner are amazing and we’re looking forward too a series. We’re so disappointed we never knew about past productions and other projects so I hope you keep in touch on social media so we can continue enjoying what you produce with your business partner. I notice your business partner is the next on the list for comment but this should cover it for both. So glad we ran across this project with your income tax. The two lead actors fit like a glove in there inter reaction with one another. There excellent. Take care looking forward too more of your work through your production company.

Beautiful love story? You got that right, and it should be proclaimed in every language on this planet. Mr. Scott, your creation and direction of this exquisite story is an accomplishment that no award, no accolade, and no review (long or short) can adequately acknowledge. I am a published, but minor, poet; but I can truly say that very few poems have moved me as Connor & Jayden have moved me. When I was a freshman in high school, more decades ago than I care to admit, our class put on a reading (not a performance, just a directed reading) of Shakespeare's play, Romeo & Juliet. I was astounded by the effect of its words, and its story line. Then, two years later, the classics course I took brought my attention, for the first time, to Dante---and I was overwhelmed. But, with credibility of reading poetry for almost half a century (as of next spring), I can truly say that this film exceeds both of those reading experiences as the light of the sun at noon exceeds the flickering of a kitchen match. Your film depicts the exquisite beauty of the kind of love that, I suspect, Vergil imagined in his Eclogues; and yet was prevented from describing in poetry openl;y. When I was an adolescent, I wanted to see boyfriends like Connor & Jayden; and deep in my heart, in the middle of those very quiet nights when I was sleepless and alone, I often wondered how nice, how exquisitely nice and pleasant, it would have been to experience something like that. But the time and place in which I grew up did not allow for Love according to one's nature, but Love only according to the rules of authority figures and peers. My health is falling apart, and I am so much closer to the end than the beginning, but I am glad---and I thank God that I have lived long enough to view, to witness, this wonderful paean and celebration of pure and triumphant love. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for giving us this.

You have no idea what a privilege it is (despite how my unintentional delay might appear) to have heard from you---an artist of your stature, a director who is also a Poet. I could go on with all sorts of superlatives---all of which would be justified---but you are already familiar with my verbosity. As a film, Connor & Jayden has made me feel less bitter toward the circumstances during my adolescence that shamed and condemned me for wanting to follow my own nature. I did not have the courage or fortitude required to stand up to that repression; but seeing the emotional beauty that C & J depicts, I can at least be glad that I desired such a relationship in my adolescence, that I tried to imagine it, and that, decades later, I can now see it realized artistically in this brilliant film. I am so grateful that you replied to me; I consider it a great privilege.

I can imagine it’s about my high school crush and what might have been. Reality is good. Dreams are too. I met my forever love 40 years ago and we are going strong. My dream came long after high school but it came. Beautiful film. Will watch when it’s a series.
Great short & great interview - the heart & the hope comes through beautifully. Wasn't possible in 1982 🇬🇧 when I was that age, but it's a wonderful thought the story is reflecting life today. Well done!

@@harborheightsentertainment4525 You two are very impressive and excellent writers. I’m sure you’re going to put in some very appropriate scenes. As most of these will be seen by younger LGBTQ people, a part that might help is to remind them through storytelling that the rights they have today, at least in the US and UK and other western countries, were not always there. Let them know that when courts like the Supreme Court have the power to overturn long-held precedents like Roe v. Wade, that also means they’re on the hunt for LGBTQ laws. In fact one of the justices already said they’re on their way to dismantle two of our Long held rulings allowing for the right of privacy in one’s own home. That extends to LGBTQ rights. It’s important because what can be given, can be taken away. So instead of being able to grow up feeling is though your part of society because you can’t be discriminated against as it’s in the written law, new generations are going to grow up being reminded that they are a second class citizens by a Minority that is almost exclusively based on narrow religious minds. It’s incredibly frustrating for all of the fighting for our rights throughout the generations, that it’s going to continue on like before. That’s an added stress coupled with everything else in every day living that LGBTQ people are going to have to navigate their way through. It’s exhausting

Hi Gary. Sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately I have no further news to share regarding the series. Funding and distribution are tricky things and take time. We are hard at work on those issues... plus the ones we can control such as refinement of the scripts and casting discussions.
