I am great fan of Anwar Massod.I think we on Indian punjab side less knows about these Punjabi legends of other side.All his creation are excellent .This poem shows how we forgot all our traditional foods and have accepted western food.
Most Important Thing is the Pure Punjabi Language Wich Preserved in this Part of Punjab
Its not just chaye and lassi conversation its about the western culture that we are trying to adopt and forgeting our roots means lassi...

Prof. Anwar Massod was Professor of Persian now retired but his Punjabi and Urdu poetry is excellent. His rendering of poetry adds to the flavour. He lives in Islamabad. His other master piece are Banian, Anarkali and many such poems.
