I feel like I have been battling my inner battles for so long that it's seemed like the battles will never end. I was finally able to find a place where I've finally been able to start seeing progress a couple years ago, but my battles are so far from over--and I suppose the battles will never truly end--but this song has given me another form of hope and inspiration. This is very inspirational
15 days from now and it'll be 5 years since this song was released. When this song came out I blared it day after day feeling every word of it. I come back 5 years later at the rock bottom of my addictions ready to give up and this song shows up randomly reminding me that I can get through this. One day at a time and that I don't have to fight it all on my own. I don't have to be invincible. I can fall and struggle but as long as I'm fighting with what I can I'll get through this and I'll be okay.

So beautiful. This song is about something very important... about ability to lose. It just says... that it is fine to be sometimes weak, to struggle sometimes, to surrender, to fall. I personaly never realy learned it... I know, i know, no one cares about all of these deep n' touching(hell yeah...) forcibly pushed to comments section life-stries, but, bwah, whatever. One more won't kill anyone anyway. And mayby, just mayby, writing about it a little will help myself feel a bit better...
Since I can remember, I always was good in so many things... I could draw, sing, act in school theater, my grades were sooo nice... And, why, at first people surrounding me were pretty amazed, but soon they stopped to care. All my little succes, even these, for which I worked really, really hard, was treated like "Yeah, sure, you did well. I mean, it is you we are talking about". As I was pretty lonely and shy kid, everybody looked at me like at your common "good girl", judging me only basing on what I can, never who I was... Due to that, I too started to think that it is what I am all about: that if I ever dissapoint anyone, I will lost my only value as human beeing... For exemple... When once I have messed up song(it was to low in tone and when I think about it now, there was no way, that I, with my high sopran, could sing it), that we were supposed to put on at the day of the patron of our school, I've just hysterics attack, locked myself in toilet, bited my hands almost to blood...
Now I do know better, yet still can't find in myself courage to lose in... anything. Althoug I don't really want to keep on fighting, and even can't find a reason to... I just can't move one... finally surrender, let all of my walls fall down, and than start again with something better... find strenght to truelly fight tooths and nails in order to live, doing something I love...
Now I'm just a pathetic crybaby, who can't even admit their weakness... It would be so nice if just someday, someone honesty said it to me too... That I don't have to be invicible...
