Everyone's talking about the nutsack heart but what really makes old Rotgut superior to me is the first phase. I can't not love a multi-layered jaw worm with a vomit siphon chilling inside a corpse. This hobo cyst is fine but old Rotgut felt the most corpse-like for me.
I don’t have too much of a problem with the appearance change in the first stage, but they really should have kept the original design for the heart
