Hello my Fellow Philadelphian. I'm also North Philly born and raised. I can't do the fried onions but some salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo, and sweet peppers is it for me.

Born in South Philly and have been putting ketchup on cheese steaks for over 50 yrs. When did people forget, just like the hoagie, that both sandwiches were poor man creations. You rock JL.

I think that’s a thing at the actual Jim’s on South Street. I think they call it a Philly taco if I’m not mistaken, I could be wrong with the actual name of it. It actually looks bangin on a drunken night lmao😂.

I really liked their pizzeria in Maple Shade. I was sad when it closed.

You put whatever you like one the cheesesteak. If it was meant to be one way then the establishment wouldnt have those condiments. I like the ketchup mayo mixture for sure

I eat Popeyes fried chicken with ketchup. I like ketchup on anything salty or greasy. The sweetness and tanginess of ketchup balances out greasy and salty foods like fried chicken or cheesesteak well.
Try the personal pizzas on A East. So good brick oven.

Not a fan of veggie pizza either and I don't really see it as pizza for me. I need the NYC traditional slice which translates to, lots of garlic, thin crust, dripping tangy tomato sause, and cheese that pulls when you bite into it. Airports can sometimes have some delicious food...
