This is the dead man security system in action. This system stops your train after a specific amount of time if you don't press a certain button. This prevent the train from crashing if the pilot faints or is unable to control the train. This way the pilot needs to press a button when he hears the dead man sound and then it won't stop the train. Default this key is the space bar. The sound is like a loud horn. Trainz GaimZ and models To be honest it's a hard system with complex keys , i'm not the developer of that system, i recommend you delete the UkTrainsys.dll file on the train folder

You can delete the plugin file in the tgv train file so its easier for you to drive because the TGVs uses TVM

I also had this problem some time age but I just removed the ats file
Its not Tgv its Eurostar train from London to Paris and other destinations
Its part of the TGV Familly, named TGV TMST on their familly.
