I had the same thing happen to me with a honey bun out of a vending machine at school. I bit into it and thought "This doesn't taste quite right." Oh my god, no. This is the grossest thing in the world to do xD I had a bottle of white cranberry juice one day that I'd taken from my sisters house. It was just opened that morning for a big family breakfast and I took the last quarter of the bottle home with me because it's my favorite. Well, I had just gotten done eating a huge dinner of lasagna and garlic bread and I went in my room and saw the bottle and was like "oh, juice sounds awesome right now!" and started drinking it and felt this chunk but didn't stop, just kept drinking until I got another chunk and it made me curious. I look in the bottle, half of it is huge chunks of mold. I immediately threw up everything in my stomach and never ever leave juice sit out like that, even for a few hours. Still just thinking about it makes me want to hurl.. So gross.
OK this is a true story. This almost happened to my brother. He got some pudding snacks he opened it up and there was a green putting field. But he noticed it before he put it in his mouth. The rest were 100% safe to eat. So he went to the store to check out what the heck happened and why that pudding snack was a mold breeding ground. Apparently during the unpacking basket, a box cutter nicked the top of the one on the edge. And so he got another free pack of pudding snacks afterward. 🍮
That reminds of that time I was eating a bag of Goldfish crackers one night and slept with the bag open. When I reached in the bag and ate a few pieces, I quickly found that the inside of my mouth hurt and that there were things moving inside. The inside of the goldfish bag was filled with ants and I threw the bag away immediately after. I was 8.
God. I could watch an entire like Kevin Smieth esq Q&A but with Travis instead of Kevin. Just him telling funny stories of shit thats happened in his life. This story, the Troy Baker prank, the fighting himself as Mustang story. The dude is just fucking fantastic
This reminds me of when I was shopping and happened across a bottle of apple juice - the kind with a metal cap - and the cap had a puncure it. This resulted in a half inch thick layer of disgusting looking black foaming sludge on the top of the liquid. I promptly put it in my cart and awkwardly walked around until I found an employee I could discreetly hand it to. I'm pretty sure if some poor sucker took that shit home they would've unleashed Satan in their house.
And the youtube algorithm is both trying to get me to watch people making video game recipes and also redditors who have killed someone and don't regret it. Please stop, youtube. PLeASE
