The HE of this thing is absolutely monsterous. 900 alpha with 90 mm of pen is brutal. This is a T28 HTC on steroids but it also reminds me a bit of the Excalibur. This alpha is Type 5 Heavy level. The tank looks stupid as heck when looking sideways 😂😂
Okay so what justifies the 2 tier gap between this and the grille 15? Pen is almost the same, alpha damage is slightly worse, gun handling is not super bad and armor is worse on the tier 10.
The problem with this tank is that you cant trade with it. You will find this tank playing with the heavies. As an heavy you will take 630 dmg and you will only do around 390-460 dmg and will have somewhat of the same reload. At the end of the day, you as an heavy tank will most likely lose
XM57 may be a beast with decent armor and a very punchy gun but I wil lcall it out right here already for being not suited for WoT nowdays. Why? Because it's very slow and slow tanks in todays fast games/meta...yeah. Might be a good tank for Frontline event tho for defending key places.
ofc they let you play them before the loot boxes come out, having sweaty streamers making them look awesome is a win win for wargaming and a great sales pitch.

And even make map progression if you win.. WG is clearly not putting new maps as part of thier money making.

100% i keep missing shots on all the new prems and spamming critical hits. This happened last christmas and sometime after I was able to hit all of them normally again lol. Total scam Everything in a video game can be messed with, they could do anything they want to and not tell us

the isu 152 with the 152mm gun has a 13 second reload for 750 alpha
But it has 0 armor and no turret
So its like an ISU-152 except with none of the downsides

I think it will be significantly harder to play once players figure out how and where to pen it. Nobody will shoot at its turret then.
