I’m not happy at all either! Because if all the hype about it, I first bought the Vangogh360 diffuser because the rep told me it was the one I needed for my 1500 condo. Very disappointed as it barely diffused 400 sft around when it supposed to diffuse 1800 sft. Not to mention that i paid 36 month oil supply in one payment (call me stupid but it was supposed to be so great). It took so many calls (no one answers) and emails before i could schedule a call with the support team. They took the big machine back and sent me 3 mini360. One month later, I had to return one, didn’t work. Not even 6 months later, I have now only 1 working out of 3, and the one that is working, the remote is not working (with new battery). I have a support call in few days). Oils are great but these diffusers are NOT WORTH the price! Such a waste of money.
Take off the end cap from the tube, that’s not a replacement nozzle it’s the one you put on during set up. I did the same thing and was bummed out until I realized.
Yea silver box is silver... mines hissiing and making all sorts of unhappy noises... and THE REMOTE DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!! I bought Smoke on the Water scent and it smells like Obsession cologne... not super impressed with anything here... only good thing is the looks of the device and that it works...(lowkey I have a $19.99 diffuser I bought works just as good if not better with NO NOISE and uses ALL diffuser oils.) TBH I feel like they refurbish these devices or they send out returned devices as new devices... there's just no way that they can send out crap like this with the price they charge.
I agree. The website is poorly designed. Because of non-sensical redundancies and broken links it deprives you of a sense of competence and professionalism. I am watching videos now to determine how to access the remote battery and how to tell if the remote is working even if the diffuser is working. Oh, I download the directions for all my devices. They are, also, inadequate when you can find them and not comprehensive or I wouldn’t be here. Jb
Ok I figured out why yours didn’t come on. If you had not figured it yet. Twist it on (not the liquid) with a bit more force. You didn’t update if you got it to work or not.
They are scamming because I bought the pro diffuser like 4 months ago and it already broken and they sent new one like this but it's not diffuser the air so they know what they are doing
I dont like the diffuser. The pipette is hard to put in place without seeing, and that diffuser just doesn't work. The oils are pretty good. Also the pipette should not be bent.
Yeah, I’m feeling the same way. Someone said put the mini oil in the bigger bottle that it came with and see if there’s a better flow. Imma try that and come back. Cuz I’m not impressed.
put oil in the original bottle it came with and it will work set for highest density last one on the right

The little black end? It isn't a cap... if you look closely it has holes in it (I think its a filter of some sort) and mine works fine with it on...

I use the oils in another diffuser. I did get the mini in silver and on sale. The oils are really nice, but enh for the diffuser.
