I'd recommend doing this if anyone is going to actually try to become more like ayanokoji or anyone else with high self confidence and valuable person in society, then first start of with (making money if you can't afford a martial art gym membership then you should try getting a part time job) getting in shape in the gym and learning a martial art/arts some good martial arts are muay thai, boxing, MMA,wrestling, jiu-jitsu and Judo(judo and jiu-jitsu should be combined with another martial art because you can do alot with these 2 martial arts but they dont teach you how to get punched and stay calm), my personal recommendation is wrestling and boxing or just MMA, next up you should start reading psychology books and taking courses in body language, these 2 things will help you become a more charming person and it will make you look more confident when you are talking with other's, after that you need to start finding a job if you dont already have one, my recommendation is construction work because it's extremely hard and will make you respect hard labor even more then ever, but even something like a fast food worker is also a good option, the harder the labor the better the job is (at first this kind of job is better but after spending some time in hard labour you should switch to a higher paying job), after this get yourself a hobby that is creative and lets you express it, learning a instrument is a great way of doing this, singing or dancing are good too, dance is also great for rhythm and can help with your martial arts footwork, there's a professional boxer by the name of lomachenko who did traditional ukrainian dance, now he has one of the cleanest movements of any boxer, dancing also usually has many different people practicing there which could help you socialise with the female's, next up learn to speak more clearly, learning to speak clearly can help with your charisma it can also help you to get jobs and influence people in general, speaking more clearly comes down to 2 factor's, the speaking itself and having a vast vocabulary, you will be able to express things better then before and people will actually listen to you because you sound clear and relatable to them.
