I worked in a pub in England and when I returned to New Zealand I experimented with cask ale and found that if I casked in a draught keg and conditioned as you do in a cask I get the same cask ale that lasts up to a month or more. Hi Lee, depending on the style cask beer has a shelf life of just under a week.
