$5.2 billion and no RTG for power and thermal? Bad anti radiation MOSFET switches, etc. Elon got it up there but it sounds like NASA overspent and had many issues getting the probe ready for the launch window and adding 2 years to the ETA over gravity assist.
Maybe they have cancer or another disease that has compromised their immune system. Ever thought about that, or just too busy thinking up nonsense so you can convince yourself that you are cleverer than everyone else.
