- The Seychelles - beautiful beaches, incredible underwater world. In this Seychelles Islands Travel Guide you find incredible Drone footage from the most beautiful beaches, helpful travel tips and an itinerary for a 2 weeks island hopping trip to the three main islands of the Seychelles (Praslin, La Digue, Mahé). You will see lots of drone and underwater snorkeling footage from beaches like out of a picture book, such as Anse Lazio and Anse Source D'Argent.
After arriving in Mahé we continued to Praslin where we stayed 7 nights on two different locations, such as Constance Lemuria (room tour in the video). After that we took the speed ferry to La Digue. In La Digue we spent 5 days and nights and finally went back via speed ferry to Praslin and took a flight back to Mahé. In Mahé we spent additional 2 nights at Kempinski Baie Lazare (room tour in the video). See the booking links to the hotels we stayed at below.

Impressive! Love the narrations! Really like the underwater footage and slow motion stuff! And of course, I love the drone footage! The jungle in Police Bay looked nice as well. Nice yellow crocs by the way 😃👍🏼

Danke - wir können es nicht oft genug hören - vielen Dank. Irgendwann werden wir nochmal hinreisen - es gibt noch so viel zu entdecken und einiges nochmal zu bereisen. Wir waren noch während einer weniger starken Reisezeit (Ende April/Anfang Mai) und es war vermutlich auch Pandemie-bedingt noch wenig los. Liebe Grüße

The cinemagraphy of your vlog is fantastic! The information on the beach access and snorkeling was exactly what I was looking for. Extremely helpful! I have a question regarding your footage @5:00 where you had the tripod on the water. Which beach was it? I love the palm trees and the landscape.
Thanks a lot - we are very happy and glad you like it and it was helpful to you. :-) The beach you are looking for is the Petite Anse Kerlan Beach - it's the main hotel beach of the Constance Lemuria Hotel. So if you want to go there you need to stay at the Hotel. But you will find a similar location on the Anse Gorgette as well which is located on the premises of the hotel too but there you can go without staying at the hotel with a permit. Enjoy
Thanks for your response. We’re looking at doing some snorkeling in La Digue. Your footage shows you took a boat ride to Grande Soeur, Felicite and Coco Island. Is there any good off beach snorkeling?
I've been to Seychelles 3 times but I always stay in Praslin first for 3/4 nights including a day trip to La Digue and then Mahe for 3/4 nights. I wouldn't advise anyone to take the ferry from Mahe to Praslin or vice versa (unless you have no choice) as it can be a rocky ride and make many tourists vomit. I always take the short plane trip from Mahe to Praslin and vice versa which isn't that expensive - Mahe was used as a connecting flight to Praslin from either Dubai or Doha from the UK. Use a car hire for both Praslin and Mahe but in La Digue you will have either walk around or cycle around as there are very few cars
Great - so you know what it's like to be there. :-) And thanks for the tip with the ferry - as you notices we took the plane and maybe if we come back one day we will take it again. The experience is anyway great. And yeah a car hire is very useful except in La Digue. ;-)
@@lostintravel_at You can only walk or cycle around in La Digue although they do have a few horse carriages. The plane isn't that expensive from Mahe to Praslin and definitely a better option overall as you save time and money (would you believe it). Car hire is the best way for Mahe and definitely Praslin. I would advise anyone not to take the ferry from Mahe to Praslin and vice versa. Praslin to La Digue ferry rides are short and operates regularly so you won't get sea sick unless you suffer from vertigo-related illnesses

Thank you very much. In our opinion Praslin has the best beaches (for swimming) and La Digue is the most picturesque one. We would skip Mahe with seven nights and would stay 4 in Praslin and 3 in La Digue. If you don‘t want to skip Mahe, then 2 there and 2 in La Digue and 3 in Praslin although you will have to choose a region of Mahe to stay because the island is (compared) to the other ones quite big.
