Same thing happened to me LOL When victor was winning the most he was in his skinnier mode… I was also skinnier when doing my battle series for the most part but I don’t prefer the look so I bulked on purpose but then it’s way harder to train as often without going skinny again… so I work on other things instead, like flexibility to have something to work on.

I’ve found ways to pull most stuff off anyway and it forces me to have more control and form this way but just pumping through moves on hype energy is not so easy, but it’s good for control and flow at least the motivation for that stuff. Also you can’t do strenuous movements as often because recovery time is longer. If one takes time to recovery the gains can give good support to prevent overtraining. Skinny can also be wound up and easier to throw around but with less muscle tissue for recovery if you get deeply sore or injured. One is better for speed the other is better for control.
All that weight training at the Olympic facilities seems to have made victor a tad bit slower. His shoulders / triceps are also. Noticeably bulkier. 👀
