Thank you Joe. This video couldnt come at a better time for me. Fired up GSPro for the first time earlier in the week. Love your videos. Theyve really helped me with my simulator setup in the shed (R10, GSPro, gaming PC and projector).
Thanks mate! PERFECT timing for you! Mate you will love it it's really addictive. Get stuck in to the tournaments and online play. If you haven't already done so join the SGT discord server as that's where you can find games with people (it's free) discord.gg/Bu9aDP5b
Hey mate sorting by “Availability requires the “Show All Courses” checkbox to be check. Then this sorting will bring all courses NOT in your library to the top of the sort list. For me it's not something I use tbh.
I'm the same mate.. I sort by newest and then just download all 😂. If you ever need to know anything about the way GS Pro works there is manual if you google search you will find it. It's very useful. Cheers @@cajames1
Thanks mate it's amazing software and just keeps getting better and better. The Devs really listen to the community and bring out updates that people ask for.
Buying a gaming laptop today and will be installing GSpro as well as Garmin r10 and Awesome golf software. Is there a video that show the process of connecting everything to the Garmin r10 ? Thanks
Hey mate I do cover a lot of those with individual videos so be sure to check the channel. The R10 means you will be able to direct connect it to your PC which is fantastic! That's exciting!! You will love it. Reach out if you have any issues and I'll try help!
Love the videos!! I am having difficulty getting the gradient colors on the greens like you show in your videos. How do you get the colors to show on the green showing high and low areas?
Thanks mate! So some courses have different lighting so it can be hard to see the contours. If you hit the L key it will bring up the lighting menu from there if you click advanced you can adjust thing that will help you see the contour colours like saturation. Cheers
Hey mate the distance you need will be determined on the launch monitor you use. So if you're using a GC2 for instance or a photometric based unit you will only need a few feet for the unit to read the putt
Is there a way to change the gimme circles on the auto putt fixed feature? I play with Garmin r10 and no putting and the furthest ciclce automatically gives you a 3 putt. Seems like a stretch to be 3 putting if you make the green especially on a par 3.
Unfortunately at the moment in GS Pro you can't adjust the auto putt gimmie circles but what you can do is just set it to pick your putt and then just do it yourself so say anything inside 10 ft is a 1 putt and anything inside 45 ft is a 2 putt.

Great video, really enjoy the channel… unfortunately after reaching out to GSPRO via email I have learned my PC is not up to snuff and can’t be upgraded, and i don’t see a way to run GSPro on macOS with Apple Silicon so I am out of luck for now. So my question is, If you couldn’t play GSPro what would you play for a year instead? Considering the following: Mandatory: Run on iPad Pro or non-gaming PC at 1080p Descent ball flight characteristics Optional: Targeted practice/ drop a ball 5 or more courses included Adjustable gimme ranges if no putting Environment adjustments Thanks for the effort you put into your videos and feedback to the community
Hey mate I just saw a post on FB from someone saying they were running it through bootcamp and they said it worked great so it may be worth looking into that. If I didn't have GS Pro and was running it through my iPad I would go with Awesome Golf for all my practice and data gathering and then e6 (5 free included courses) for any simulator play for fun. I did this for 6 months to a year before getting my gaming laptop and GS Pro and it was great although it did start to get a little old after 6 months that's where the tournaments and online play of GS Pro is just amazing.
@@JLagGOLF Thanks, unfortunately Bootcamp is only for intel based Mac systems which they haven’t made for a while. I switched to Apple Silicon because the graphics for media is simply untouchable but cross platform compatibility took a big hit. Game studios will eventually come around now that Unity is working with Apple but for now the Mac is pretty much left out. E6 is what I expected you would recommend but it’s good to know. Have you done any more work with the Rapsodo combines or is Awesome golf still better for practice Thanks for the tip and the info
@@JLagGOLF BTW I tried to ask Rowman about using his connector with iPad screens from other launch monitors on the forum but haven’t heard anything back
@@OMG-2ahhhh ok that's good to know. I still don't know that much about computers in general I'm learning all the time just by trial and error and then trying to put things out to help other people that like me had no idea 😂. I haven't used combine since the first few sessions I had with it. Tbh I use awesome golf a lot for practice sessions. What I have been using the new GS Pro feature a lot where it gives you random distances in between set yardages. For me that practice feature is gold! When I didn't have GS Pro though I did 90 percent of my practice in Awesome Golf. The coaching section in there for me is just the ultimate tool. If I could add one thing to it then it would be a green that you could set at whatever distance you want and a random distance generator just like what GS Pro added. If they had that feature it would pretty much be the perfect practice tool...
Hey Joe, Great videos full of excitement info. I appreciate your dedication. I was wondering how you used the MLM2Pro with the GsPro and do you use it directly through a computer or just you phone/ tablet. I personally would preferrer to have it hardwired to a computer.
Thanks mate I appreciate the comment. So unfortunately there is no direct connector to the computer for the MLM2PRO unless you want to use awesome golf. Apparently e6 is coming as well. If you want to play GS Pro you still need to use it through a device and then screen mirror to your computer. It sounds a bit clunky but once you know what you're doing and have the process down it can be done quite quickly. Fingers crossed in the future we have a direct connect but I think it will be hard as Rapsodo seem to have locked down the software quite well.
Hey mate another great vid mate. What would we do without you?? With screen resolution do you select exactly what your screen size is, for example I will be running through my 40 inch tv for now. So essentially that is 1920x1080. So that is what I’d select for screen res? Thanks champion 🏌🏼♂️
Thanks mate! Yeah so for resolution it's whatever your TV resolution is so if it's 1080p then you select that. I upscale mine and push it in 4k as that's what my projector resolution is. So even though my computer is a 2k monitor I select 4k. Hope that makes sense! Cheers

Might be a dumb question but is there still a way to move the ball on the tee box and if so how
Yes absolutely the little arrows at the bottom middle of the screen let you move it left and right 👍
Thanks Joe! Enjoying the content.

Does anyone know the difference in sorting by Availability vs Latest in the course list?
Hey mate sorting by “Availability requires the “Show All Courses” checkbox to be
