I see it as I feel like if I try to invest that I'm just wasting my time. And I know he wants to smash. The only thing that I find off putting is that He's known me for a year and a half and the connection seems to always have a pull between us. For the first time a few days ago was the first time we ever talked about hanging out but then he wanted to cancel abruptly. I called him out on his behaviors. Because what I think is that in his own mind that if he manages to get me that I will be the biggest trophy on his belt. I think it's individual May see all the potential that you speak of but I don't think he's ready for it. As he has been in a long-term relationship for a long time with a high school sweetheart. But he is no longer in love with her. He doesn't know that I know that. The only reason why I was willing to hang out with him is because the first time in my life that I've had a crush that's lasted a year and a half, And I'm trying to figure out why is it that him and I have this pull between each other is it really just attraction or is there more. And then I found out that he is so much younger than me and I had no idea that he was that much younger. And I know that they say the age doesn't matter but it does when it comes to mental and emotional maturity. And part of malicious that he would just disappear from my thoughts cuz I feel like he is become nothing more than a damn distraction. And I can't figure out for the life of me why I hold this little teeny tiny candle for him. Because it hasn't stopped me from pursuing other men which have all been unsuccessful anyway. But it's gotten to the point where it annoys me. Never have I had a pool like this between someone and not been with them. No I am a grown ass woman, And I told him point blank look I have standards. And I am not the kind of girl that is going to sneak you in through my window or have plans with me be just an afterthought. And so part of me is fighting myself because I want to reach out and just see the kind of responses I get, Yeah part of me is like girl put those castle walls high because you probably are just wasting your time.
