Aniways since this started in 2017 Mozambique had assured SADC it has this under control that is until the attack in March where thousands were killed and displaced. SADC had since then asked Mozambique for troop deployment and Mozambique refused or delayed troop deployment and you don't just get up and deploy troops in another country without having permission from that country with infringing on its sovereignty. Mozambique is a sovereign country it can get help from whoever it wants, we couldn't care less, we were just worried about insurgency spreading to other areas and I can assure you when refugees starts migration they won't be heading for Rwanda but South Africa and Botswana and other SADC countries that's why we're concerned and as to how Mozambique took its time to make deployment possible its not on SADC but Mozambique. I understand all SADC members have been all along sharing intelligence information on ground about terrorist activities, numbers, equipment, flows of ammunition, sponsors who are they and why, why the terrorists chooses quabo del gado provinces and why ofcourse this is a trajectory shared information intelligence SADC they should have put in place before in two or three months of attack. Now being a sovereign states these does not mean that information cannot be shared for further scrutiny to deter any internal and external threats. By the way this is a not film movie whereby always watch the best actors and action in the end of the movie, this is a serious crime against humanity whrereby the member states of SADC Should have been concerned when everyone was watching Mozambiqian troops left everything at battle front. The essence of this African continent was or is being infiltrated by foreign agents who always tries to weaken most of our weak leaders and that's why in Africa everything is insufficient, national budget insufficient, continental free trade cooperation just in paper, how about our continental security? @@muzungujames5073 sharing intelligence information has got nothing to do with sovereignty, I said deploying boots on ground on another country without permission tantamounts to an a declaration of war and an invasion that's why Botswana and South Africa could not deploy until the Mozambique government gave them that permission that's simple basic international law.

There's no standardisation in the BDF what if there might be a major conflict or something like that i.e they use different types of rifles with different types of ammunition and yet they are in the same battle group. Supply and command will have a hard time organising the ammunition
