@roberthradek7100 its a really sad part about the industry. There is a Chinese idol that I really like. And she seems to be forced to sing live while. doing intricate choreography. She sounds terrible even though without the choreography, she's a great singer. It really bothers me.

Sadly, I agree. But the same could be said for most Japanese Idols. You know they can sing well, but then they do a strained live performance.
