Nevertheless, I have a question about the last example, if a vessel is at an initial draft does her displacement at that draft not taking into account the load onboard ? If yes, why do you substract again the ROB before finding the final weight to load ?

However, to calculate the final weight of cargo to be loaded, we need to subtract the ROB (Remaining On Board) because the ROB contributes to the total displacement. Subtracting it ensures that we calculate the net weight of the new cargo to be loaded, without double-counting what's already onboard. I hope this clears up the confusion!
