Raph may be angry all the time but that's just his personality so I don't think he could get a red lantern ring. Red rings don't just choose anyone whos angry they choose memebers based on who's suffered painful loss. Even though Shredder killed Splinter it didn't push Raph's anger that much he's already an angry turtle. Red lanterns are also full of hate and they're super vindictive even if they have to kill to get their revenge. Raph may be full of rage but he also cares deeply about Splinter and the others. Only thing red lanterns care about is vengance

Raphael (Raph) is my favorite!!! He's an awesome fighter & can be really sweet! Plus, Raphael (Raph) & Mona Lisa (Mona) are my favorite couple in this show! TMNT 2012 is my most favorite version ever!!!
Why Raphael can't just simply get himself therapy , see psychologist or therapist or take Anger Management class ? That would have helped him solve his anger issues forever and would have made him kinder, nicer and friendlier . If i was in Raphael's shoes that exactly what i would have done in first place .
