Hello ankit, first of all thanks for watching my video. As the name reveals Quality Assurance department is there to assure that every department is doing there responsibility in a prescribed manner. Prescription suggested by regulatory guidlines. Along with this duty a major role of QA is to guide And trained every one. And investigate the issues we face in routine basis while production or other activities. USFDA was initiated the QA department.
