Please help in next video you do I've changed my battery air filter plug and wire and the coil still dies and backfires every so often and for the record mine is a Polaris sportsman 450 ho efi 2017 and I also changed the fuel pump
Confused. The stator you installed was a one piece with only one lead coming off it. The one your selling and said your installing showed a two piece and with two leads.
What size bolts (The three bolts that thread into the flywheel)do I need for the bolt-on puller? I have no metric bolts with my kit as I bought it back in the '70s. Thank-You!
So you bought this dual lead stator and it still fails? On top of the original regulator I have bought 2 rmstator regulators and both went out. I was going to do this but if it doesnt work for $1000 I will just keep replacing regulators each year or just sell.
I installed this double regulator, stator, and wiring kit about 2 yrs. ago and it has fixed my 450 HO. no problems since. I am Pleased with my purchase
I bought this kit 3 years ago and still working, NO more problems. I highly reccomend this..
Glad to hear it! Thanks for being an awesome customer.

Based on the backfiring, I would recommend testing your pickup coil on the stator, and replacing your ECU.
Where you buy a regulator and stator of polaris sportsman 850?
Where is the ignition coil located on 2017 sportsman 450 Ho?
Will this system be necessary to bypass a failed sure power module on a 2007 sportsman 450?
No, this will not bypass a surepower module. We have bypass kits available on our website to use an external voltage regulator with a surepower.
@@Rmstatorinc could you drop me a link to that product ?
Whats the difference with using the 2 smaller voltage regulators and using 1 big one??

My 570 was telling low voltage 10.2v and is draining my battery..has a new Polaris regulator. Would it be time to change the stator out now?
I think so I just got my stator here today. still not getting enough power after changing the regulator . So it’s stator time .
@@TrplOG-Hatley yea i eneded up getting a new stator and a new regulator and it fixed it the problem
@RMSTATOR Is it possible if you don’t replace the stator in time , could it drain or kill your brand new regulator/rectifier ?
@@blackmetalchevy what issues were you having? Mine runs fine when cold and when it gets to temp to starts to spit and sputter and then it stalls out
@@winstonhall1485 it could be your fuel pump. That's how mine acted when it went bad. Lots of backfiring too.
Is it normal for oil to be in with the stator?
At what tork do you tighten the stator
I'm sorry I don't have the specs available. They are in the Factory Service Manual.
Mine just went out again after buying this a year and half ago. Makes 4 different ones I put on in last 4 yrs I've owned. Polaris sucks

That's why we in Croatia make better regulators that are also recommended by HR Polaris dealers.
