I just wanted to take a moment to say how amazing your video was! I was really impressed with the quality of the footage, the editing, and the overall presentation. You did a great job of explaining the topic in a clear and concise way, and I learned a lot from watching your video. I also really appreciated the way you made the video engaging and entertaining. You kept my attention throughout the entire video, and I never felt bored or lost. I would definitely recommend your video to anyone who is interested in learning more about the video.
Excellent! It is a pleasure to see your perfect work. I feel encouraged to take difficult jobs by using your videos as examples. Congratulations, thank you so much.
Hello, I am using an automatic translator, excuse me. I would like to know what lubricant you used for the reverse wheels. Thank you very much and congratulations for the video.
Hola, deberías haber quitado el cristal y los componentes frontales de la caja, si el cristal estaba sucio por dentro significa que alguna junta o algún componente no estaba bien instalado.
As I show it in the video the crown gasket is totally melted and that was the problem nothing around the crystal. Waterproof test confirms this. Waterproof test video will be soon available. Thank you for watching ☺️
@MagicWatchmaking The movement is an eta 2783 which debuted around 1974. The case is identical to that of an Eterna Kontiki from the early 70s. There's limited info on the Tourist watch co which is believed to have been in existence only from the 50s to the 60s but its clear from looking at this watch that it is from the 70s. We have to assume then that the Tourist Watch co lasted into the early 70s at least. Either that or some other company used or licenced the name.
@MichaelWilliams-mo1vv There is extremely limited information about tourist company as you mentioned. If the movement is from the early 1970 so we can assume that the case also belongs to the same time era.

Excellent! It was so refreshing to watch a video without voiceover, and so many good technique tips contained within.
Thank you for kind words ☺️
Though it's tedious work, you make it look easy Enjoy watching a master craftsman

Nice! Almost identical case and dial with the Eterna Kontiki Super 1973 IDF version

Not only the two screws look ugly, but almost the entire inside the Watch doesn’t look attractive as it does today. 😄 Thanks for sharing. 👍
The 60s everything was about practicality and not beauty 🫣

today's exchange rate says 182 Euros is worth 194 USD. In today's Monopoly money, that's 2228 USD.
At that time this was a lot of money. That around 50% of average salary.
Thank you so much for watching ☺️
👏👏👏👍🇧🇷💛💚💯🚀🚀🚀
'Ganz-stahl' mean ALL STEEL, not stainless steel. Stainless steel is 'edelstahl' in German.
Vielen Dank für die Klarstellung. Ich habe es nun angepasst.
Your sarcasm is noted. Thank you.@@MagicWatchmaking
Das war kein Sarkasmus. Ich habe es tatsächlich angepasst und danke nochmals ☺️
Looks more 70s than 50s
The Tourist watch brand was founded in the 1950s, but did not last past the 1960s.
