Nice video mishra ji... Mera agriculture spray machine ka charger hai jisme 2 led hai jo 1 battery se connect hone par glow hoti thi or dusri battery full hone pe glow hoti thi... Ab koi bhi glow nai hoti but supply sahi aa rahi 14v..

If output supply is ok then check red and green led, led circuit limiting resistance and if they all are okay then replace ic LM358 .....
