Hay. Thank for posting Trail 5 stays real friendly with some small sections depending on the time of year can get a little gnarly but over all doable and less technical compared to GT. The only part a little scary for me is the cliff section after Elliot ranch road. The trail is easier but has exposure to one side on a few short sections on after the cliff sections takes you into a short slate type rocky section but everyone can do it by walking their bike up a little bit.
so does 5 get really technical like at Georgetown or does it stay somewhat novice friendly?
