Too Much Mud - not a usual SoCal issue!

But even with the trails "open" before the New Year I found it probably better to shut it down, hike out and not make a mess of my local loop (that I would have to look at for months...)
Being SoCal based I don't ride in mud or muck too much and I was surprised at how sticky the mud was holding pretty large rocks all the way up and driving them into the stanchions.
Makes quite the case for a fender to protect the stanchion and seals!
