Next, follow these simple steps to make these DIY confetti poppers for a safe and fun way to celebrate 4th of July with a bang!
1) Use scissors to cut off just the top of the balloon.
2) Tie a knot at the base of the balloon.
3) Place the large, open end of the balloon over one side of the tube. Secure it with tape.
4) Use washi tape to decorate the tube.
5) Make the confetti by cutting the tissue paper into small squares. Also curl the ribbon and cut into to small curls.
6) Place a small amount of confetti in the popper.
7) Point the tube upward, pull the balloon and let go!
