But they dont care, and of course they spent most of last night explaining how little they cared, with jojofromjerz screeching about it along with most of the grifter resistance branch of twitter, Then Ben Collins and alejandra caraballo showing how little they cared about losing their checkmarks by spending the rest of the night blocking any one who still has a checkmark on twitter, that really shows how not mad they are.
Then we have Bette Midler losing her mind over being unverified despite all of the free content she provided to twitter, if you call drunk tweeting about trump 24/7 content, anyhow.
Then Alyssa Milano showed that she didnt really use her brain that much when she was hot back in the day to get ahead deciding that her losing her checkmark was tantamount to identity theft and she was going to sue Twitter for some reason
Then we have the craziest of them all, a literal who journalist called Julie Melner who works for the New York TImes and the now defunct Buzzfeed news who decided that because she lost her blue checkmark, everyone would die for some reason.

I mean if one of your followers wants to pay for your checkmark it would be very rude not to bite the bullet, and do what you have to. You know, to help fight back.

I have never used twitter a day in my life, however I am a big gamer and I know all to well how much people love to show off their accomplishments. The original checkmark was a sign of prestige. Fuck'em though, burn it down.
