Hi. The affidavit should be done in your hometown in India. Once it's done you can bring it to the Indian embassy in Jakarta. Make sure it has a stamp from MEA

I think the first problem we should know in Indonesia only can merried one religion so if you're non muslim you need convert to muslim and when u no Christian you also need follow Cristian merried .
Only for Muslims. If you are Hindu and your girl is Muslim you need to convert to Muslim or opposite. If you are Hindu and your girl is Christian, I know it is possible to be married without converting to each other.

Rohan's affidavit was without my information. Then civil registration started questioning it and we had problems because of this. That's why we suggested putting the bride's information on the affidavit

The affidavit should be attested by MEA in Delhi. The Indian embassy will reject it without the stamp from MEA.
