She’s using wires yes, and she’s using air dry clay, not polymer clay, most air dry clay only comes in white so you need to add paint to it. There is one brand that comes in a few colors but it isn’t good for making miniature flowers.
I know the description says “Modena soft polymer clay”, but it isn’t actually polymer clay. Modena, despite it saying it’s a polymer clay, is actually a resin air dry clay. I wish they wouldn’t label it as a polymer clay because it confuses people. For a clay to be polymer clay it has to contain polymers that melt and cure with heat, if it doesn’t contain polymers it isn’t polymer clay. It’s confusing I know.
Hi, do you know what type of glue is used with Modena? I see all the flower miniaturises using this white glue that looks like pva but can’t be, it grips too well and dries really strong. I would be eternally grateful to know x
Can you do the videos a little slower and also a little closer up? So we can see what you are actually doing? Thank you for sharing though really appreciate it!!
This "tutorial" was about as helpful as showing a picture of the finished flowers and then saying "just make them". I have no idea how you rolled the shapes of the pieces because you're zoomed out so far I might as well be in the cheap seats. I can't tell how the petals stick into the centers- magic maybe? Tried making these and I might as well have just figured it out for myself because the obnoxious music didn't give me any helpful tips or information. I guess I'm back to searching for useful videos...

Are you using a wire for the stem? Also when you say you use oil paint you mean you don't buy clay with premixed colors? thanks
