- In this episode, Greg and Lyndsey sit down for a discussion about cortisol with Beth Skwarecki, the senior health editor at Lifehacker. The dangers of high cortisol are a persistent topic of conversation in social media content, so the discussion focuses on the types of claims that are being made, the dubious methods of self-diagnosis and “treatment” being recommended, and the potential risks and dangers associated with letting social media convince you that you’re basically an endocrinologist.

It's a Christmas miracle!
Also: having guests on to speak about various subjects could be a great way to reduce the workload in terms of research/preparation?
Why not interview some of your diet/nutrition and training coaches! 😊
Wow ... why didn't I get a notification... at least I've found it now...
Yes... They're back!!
I don't know if you will continue the pod beyond this but I'm happy to see at least one more episode!
The pod's still going! Like I said in the article, we just needed to find an editor - realized that editing the podcast was a poor use of my time. But, we recorded the next episode yesterday. Should be back on the every other week schedule now
another great informational "video" with needlessly hyperhigh resolution.. I accidentaly cut my finger in the sharpness of those letters there...
This guest is hella cool!! Thanks for the intro to her!
Missed your Podcast!!❤ always so informative!

Lets goooooo!
5 stars for the Volton reference
Eric, please check this guy Lachlan Earnshaw. He is a triathlon athlete and he is with type 2 diabeties after his “diet”, no matter the huge energy expenditure. I really wanna hear your thoughts about it
Ray Peat acutally died some time ago. This calls for a memorial-episode :-D .
