I stopped playing Hearthstone at Ashes of Outland. So watching that Priest vs Warrior deck at 25:20 almost made me wanna throw up how crazy the game has gotten and im glad i stopped playing this game.
I gotta be honest: These Titans aren't thaaaat broken. The amount of time and effort it takes to get one onto the field gives a ton of classes opportunities to save up cards that will get rid of them within about two turns. I've either played my Titans or gone up against other Titans a few dozen times now and I don't think more than one has survived long enough to use all three abilities. Granted, some of my opponents have either won, lost or surrendered before using the 3rd was even viable.
I think people underestimate how good the titans are, on average, at 1 use though. 6 mana hunter leggo giving you a 5/3 weapon is good enough. Twisting nether on a 6/12 stick summoning 3/2s and not proccing deathrattles is good enough. 3/10 summon a 6 frop with lifesteal add a legendary is good enough. DK having a natalie seline that discovers a blood rune and also heals your hero is good enough. The titans aremt balanced around sticking for 3 turns, they're balanced around 1 turn in like 8 of the classes, and that's simply good enough even if they get cleared.
Basically I wasn't surprised Sargeras was a warlock legendary because I even theorized a while ago that if sargeras was a legendary card, he'd be a warlock card.
i believe Titans to be the worst thing to happen to Hearthstone, before they came out i had a 20-30 winstreak with colossal hunter, got to Gold. Then i played in copper and lost 12 matches in a row having to face pay to win players who just had titans in their decks

I play Hearthstone, but only BG's and the solo adventure things. The cost of crafting standard decks is just not worth it and over the years so many META were so unfun imo.
They should’ve implemented Titans in a different way. Minions in Hearthstone have an inherent problem that they just die way too quickly and you almost cannot have continuous effects on a minion. Colossals got around this by having most of the value upfront on a battlecry, or with rush, or with taunt, so they all affect the game the turn they come out. Locations and the "lasts 3 turns" effects couldn’t be interacted with, so they could be balanced around that fact. Titans however, were of course designed with the fact in mind that making minions high value targets means they immediately attract the opponent’s removal, so they better do a good effect immediately. The problem is it’s almost seen as a requirement that a Titan doesn’t survive a turn, otherwise it becomes absolutely absurd in terms of power. And that’s just feast or famine, or rather normal value. The core principle of Titans having to live multiple turns for their abilities is inherently flawed in the current framework of Hearthstone.
