No, but removing it is explained in the video. You can't pull it away from the surface, instead pop the snap clips at the tops, and the slide the panel forwards (to the driver/passenger).

I got it out and broke nothing but now they said to get the rear deck out i need to remove headrests i cant figure that part out?

@althing yes they are I got everything out no headrests yet. I finally got rid of fiber optic system.
Designed by satan no good way to do it, i used a flex camera and screw driver

You can tape the stud on the key instead of buying a new one.
That's true, unfortunately the stud had snapped off and was missing. If it was still there, I'd glue it back on with epoxy.
