I think the Home Office should start revoking the employers british passport and deporting them as well. In that way, they wont joke with people's life.

I can't even open my mouth to explain the situation I am in, UK has dealt mercilessly with us, how we are surviving, only God knows. 😢😢
Apart from the immigration factor, my worry is disclosure. A UK citizen has to have a full background check before being allow3d to work in care. How can they have a safe disclosure investigation done when they have only just arrived here. Thier home country has to be relied upon to be as diligent as our official Gevernment depts.

People have paid for a job. That is a criminal offence by the law of the land.
People were asked to pay for COS processing fees.

The issue here is that the process has been abused and used for financial gain and it well documented . It’s taconite’s me that people will sell thier properties to pay for a COS which is not due process and with out due diligence . Now rules have changed and people are now facing serious hard ship . Are you going through Blake the government for this is the companies. Just like migrants crossing the channel
This kind of situation is normal in Gulf countries.
One thing most people don't know about the UK, is that the United Kingdom Constitution is unwritten and not rigid; and that's why they easily circumvent the law. If it's not an act of parliament, migrants must be very careful before moving to the UK. The law is clear and unambiguous in the United States of America, presently as long as you don't cross our border; there's always a pathway to citizenship in my country.
Paying for COS is where the problem began otherwise we would not have this issue .

I always advise people to learn how to drive and get their country's license before relocation. You can get domicilliary care work sponsorship if given 60 days to leave the UK if you can drive. It was my saving grace
The problem is they now request for full UK driving licence. It's not fair

Getting a full UK licence is a life saving.
Maybe things have changed, I drove for 8 months using my country's license until I completed a year in the UK before getting the UK license

My sister work work as a carer with the mental health in NHS, she has been on study leave since she finished her masters which will expire in few days, The NHS promised her visa sponsorship at the end of her study leave but haven't given her, its remaining a few days to the expiry of her study leave,and they are still promising her , my question now is, is there possibility she will be denied the visa sponsorship, note that she has been working with them since more than a year now
Why promising her even till the last minute? If they actually can sponsor and value her work they should have sponsored her before now. I smell fowl play read the writing on the wall and move on.
