This is another Frank Reich just a young version of him. He came from Eagles OC tree too and in post games talks the same way as Frank Reich in post games following a loss and has the same offensive concepts.

Idk if I quite agree with you. He came in and we were expected to be a bottom 15 arguably bottom 10 football team last year and he took Gardner minshew to a pro bowl and almost got us a ticket into the playoffs last year. We gotta change the thought of firing the head coach right when a team isn’t perfect. This year is sloppy but u can’t expect a guy to come in and instantly install a winning program. I do think this roster is built in a position where we can win and should win the division, but it all relies on AR’s development, and I think that a guy like Steichen is a perfect candidate to do that. He turned Herbert into an elite qb and he turned jaylen hurts from a bottom 5 qb in the league to a guy who was second in MVP votes the very next year. This year has definitely been a let down, but AR has had very little experience, and the defense hasn’t been playing as well as they should. I understand the frustrations, but if we r gonna buckle down with an experimental qb, we can’t give him a bunch of head coaches to work with we just gotta tough it out bc I can promise u AR is not gonna become ten times better with a new head coach. Look at teams like the jets for example that always try those quick fixes like a coach firing to fix their QB, it simply isn’t the answer.
